I needed a faucet that was a direct replacement for a Moen 4600. After showing her pictures of the old faucet and what my concerns were, Sara in the plumbing department found exactly what I was looking for.

This is a store that truly takes the we don't want to pay for cashiers to a whole new level. They have one cashier to help with four self check outs. Then they have one checkout down by lumber. Guess what all the other employees are doing .. walking around or just talking in groups. It's ridiculous. Also on a work day you have no Pros Checkouts open and tell people to go to another cashier which you only have one of. I'm sorry Lowe's but you should be ashamed.

Made an order, set up delivery. Next day got confirmation of delivery to wrong address. Tried calling 5 times. Three times no one answered at all. Other 2 times got put on hold for over an hour, hanging up both of those times. My $4000 lawnmower is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. To the wrong address. Currently on hold now for 23 minutes, they close in 40 minutes.

Great place for the DIY projects! Pet friendly, helpful staff. Husbands and wives can shop in harmony. Sucker they don't have a shoe department. ?

Always enjoy going in to Lowe's! I usually spend about 15-30 minutes just walking around checking on tools and other things. Plus I love that they give veterans a 10% discount and special parking (though I seldom use the parking spaces)!

I was at Home Depot yesterday planning on spending a fair amount of money. Service was horrible. I left went to Lowe's today What a great experience. Jim in flooring was very helpful as was Steff I n doors. Both were friendly, answered my questions, and needless to say they got the order.
