I went to the Pro Services counter to ask a question and was treated awesome by the person at the counter even though I wasn't a Pro Service individual. She was EXTREMELY helpful and went out of her way to help me.

We love this store, so well organized and the service is excellent. Everyone is helpful, friendly and the best part is that they are knowledgeable. When you ask them, they generally know the right answer or at the least find someone else who does. We are Lowe's customers for life.
