My review could change but will see. We were recommended to come here from the builder we are working with. The first appointment I had - the rep I was referred to was about 30 minutes late. My days are scheduled and busy so I was rushed. & now the price that we were quoted for the microwave was done wrong and the rep we have put the wrong microwave on our order form. You'd expect a company who made their own mistake to just make it right. It's a bit bizarre to me that it isn't the case being in a customer service based business but I guess customer isn't first at this place. We can only hope the rest of the process goes well so will see. Now I have to find someone else to provide the microwave as I refuse to overpay for something when this place clearly had a price that they changed.

One of the worst places to buy new appliances for your new home. We were directed to them by our builders and within 1 month of moving : refrigerator handle has rust., We had to call them to replace parts of our refrigerator dispenser and currently awaiting on parts replacement on the dishwasher. these are all top of the line appliances.
Their customer services and in particular our sales person (Roger) was extremely unhelpful in all this process.
Would never ever refer this shop to anyone

LH Brubaker was amazing! Roger was very helpful in helping us pick our appliances and also moved things around to pick a delivery date that worked best for us! I highly recommend them for all your appliance needs! If we need anymore we will be back!

My husband and I have been in this business and also called and they are by far the rudest people I have ever met. Due to their rudeness I actually drove several hours away to buy a professional Wolf double oven and a Wolf 48" gas cooktop. That's business lost due to attitude.

I just had a dishwasher install finished and I'm more than happy with both the product and the install process. The gentleman who came to install my unit was on time, efficient and gave me a step by step on how the dishwasher worked. He graciously answered all of my questions and didn't seem too busy to explain how it all worked. He even took the time to review how to clean out the filter with me. There was no mess left behind at all. Communication before install was great and scheduling was easy.

We stopped in today to talk to someone about possible solutions for our old GE stove, which was measured at 29.75 inches wide. They told me "oh that's standard. A 30 in. unit will fit in there." My husband re explained that from edge to edge of the cabinet is 29.75 inches, and we would need a stove to fit that space. Again, the sales lady swore a 30 unit will fit and basically treated us like we were morons who couldn't read a tape measure. We went to Smith's Appliance, who sells GEs, and they were helpful and explained that when the install occurred, the owner most likely didn't want a gap between and butted the cabinets too close. So long story short, the people at Smith's who gave us options are getting our business and not LH Brubaker. Don't go to a company that is just there for the sale.

Three appliance delivery and installation. Tony & Alex were efficient, polite, information about the new equipment, timely installation and clean-up.Between this and the sales staff we would never even consider purchasing from other Dealers.

It took a month for them to fix my water/ice maker. It was a week to wait for my first appointment and then he didn't have the tubing for the water line which was broken. The most basic part and it's not carried on the truck! It took another week for the parts and then another for the next appointment, but they never set it up. It was in the 4th week that FINALLY the technician came to fix the fridge. I had 5o keep calling for an appointment, which I should not have had to do and was then at the back of the line for my service to be completed. Totally unacceptable service attention to customers.!

We purchased a new stove and microwave. However, no one from the store was willing to come to our home and confirm measurements. The result after waiting for 8 months was that the microwave did not fit the space available. Fortunately, we received a credit for the microwave, but they lost the sale and we lost lots of time finding a replacement unit. This is supposed to be the No 1 appliance store in the area? No real personal attention.
