From the first interactions this team, especially Doug F., was superior. They listened to our needs and provided complete and timely communications. This was the absolutely best transaction I ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle. The delivery day was smooth and efficient. We were schooled on the vehicle prior to leaving the dealership so we remained safe as we travelled home. It will be a joy getting to know the vehicle and all of it’s features. Buying from Lehman Volvo and Doug Frantz was so easy! Doug even came in on his day off to show us the car and do all the paperwork. And that's another great thing at this dealer- you deal with one person for the whole process (financing & all!). Oh, and we were even given a Volvo Moose mascot!! ? We highly recommend you buy your next car here! You won't regret it!

The absolute best service ever!! Had a tire blow. Had multiple appts. In the next couple days and live 40 miles away. They were able to work with my schedule and I missed nothing!! Very impressed with their service.
The snack bar ain't bad either..hehe

I just purchased a Volvo XC90 from Lehman Motors Volvo, Mechanicsburg, PA. As I'm not a Pennslyvania resident I was originally a bit hesitant about the out of state purchase but the vehile shown online was exactly what I was looking for.
I called the dealership after my online review of the vehicle and was greeted by Doug. From that moment on the experience and ultimately the purshas just kept getting better. While getting to the dealership was no short trip it was worth every minute and every mile!
Doug walked me through the process of buying an out-of-state car, listened to me and my needs as well as made suggestions. The car was everything I was told it would be in maybe more. So glad I stepped outside my comfort zone and made this puchase at Lehman Motors Volvo. A big thank you to Doug and the whole team that took such great care of me and my wife!

Best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a new car hands down! My wife and I chose the Overseas Delivery service and picked up our new XC60 in Sweden and spent a week there exploring in our new Volvo. The entire process and trip couldn’t have been smoother (and there’s a lot moving parts in trip like that). What an amazing experience! Matt Richmond and Lehman Volvo made the entire process seamless and easy. Matt was incredibly knowledgeable on the whole process and patient with our many questions as this was our first Volvo and first trip to Sweden. We picked up our new XC60 just recently as it arrived in the U.S. and Matt and Lance made the delivery process enjoyable and easy. I highly recommend Lehman Volvo and Matt Richmond!!

I am grateful for the time and attention that Lehman's put into addressing issues with my car. My check engine light had been on since June and initially it was the oxygen sensor. Thanks to some pesky mice. The issue was taken care of, the sensor replaced and all was well....until the next day. The service department was wonderful in accommodating me with a loaner and they fixed the problem. Then....then they went above and beyond to wash and deliver my car to me. I was hugely grateful for them fixing the problem. The icing on the cake was their delivering my car. Thanks for taking care of me and my car.

Sales folks are great, service is as well. Only issue is like any dealer, repairs are way too expensive as they bill you book time not actual. They all do it but it is a rip

The service reps are all very courteous, however, they tend to overlook things and I found several discrepancies in my bill. I had to return two times for an issue with my vehicle, both times bc the vehicle was not inspected thoroughly before returning to my possession (once for another service light that was on after they initially resolved an issue, the second time bc they failed to calibrate an issue that was part of the reason I brought the car in). During the initial check, they included an item on the bill that was covered under the warranty, but tried to charge me for. All three times the car was in their possession, they went out of their way to let me know the car was being washed & vacuumed as a courtesy (also included in the bill, then discounted out) but the car was not cleaned any of those times (I am a mom of two - I would have seen the difference immediately). I had not requested for a wash any of the times, so it felt very strange for them to repeatedly tell me this was being performed, when it was not.
