“It’s normally very clean. If machines are broken they are fixed quickly. The one thing I don’t care for is there is nothing posted about who to contact when you lose money here. A few times I have paid only to find out the machine isn’t working correctly. And at almost $10 a wash it does add up even if it’s only 2-3 times this happens.”
“It is definitely convenient for me because I walk, but sometimes with the dryers it's tricky bc I end up putting 4 or more quarters in to finish getting stuff dry. But then again maybe they've been running all day..”

“Went to the Simpson ferry rd location to pick up some items and Darrell had my order ready as I walked through the door.i had only been there a few times and he remembered my name! This level of customer service is rare these days.Outstanding!”
