We are enjoying our new L-Z-Boy recliners, sofa, and loveseat. It was ready for delivery in 4 weeks, and we scheduled delivery 2 weeks out. The furniture was exactly as ordered.

We had very specific and time sensitive requirements for our purchase, which we explained to Terry, and she was able show us a few options that fill our needs. She was very patient as we sat and sat again, she showed us what fabric options would be available, etc. We appreciated her thoroughness and patience. We are looking forward to getting our new sofa next week!

Needed a recliner on a short time frame. Fortunately, La-Z-Boy in Mechanicsburg, PA, had a range, albeit limited, of returns to choose from. Transaction was quick and easy, and I was able to get it set up as soon as I returned home.

Justin was an excellent sales rep. Our problem was how they do business with regards to delivery. We purchased almost $2000 worth of furniture and still had to pay $100 for the order to be shipped to the store. This was done to avoid us paying $200 to be delivered to the house. To add insult to injury the furniture ships to the store uncovered so you have to provide the covers and no assistance with loading. Just thought that was odd. Justin though, nice kid!

Our experience was great. The salesperson Doris was excellent. She gave us time to sit on many chairs and answered all our questions. She pointed out things we didn’t know like where your head and feet should rest. This was extremely helpful since my wife is short. She was very kind and did not rush us at all. We didn’t feel like she was on top of us at all.
