Very disappointed in the service and quality of the product. I had to wait over 3 months for an order. Everytime I called to check on the status, I was told that they would call Joseph and get back to me. Only once did I receive a return call. They told me the jewelry would definitely be in during the next week. It wasn't! After 13 1/2 weeks the jewelry came in and unfortunately it WASN'T as I ordered. I asked for a refund and of course they "don't give refunds". Very disappointed with what was to be a very special occasion.

If i could leave a zero, i would. All is well until you ask a question they dont like. Went there with my daughter to have her engagement ring altered for a better fit. Thought i would support the local business. What a mistake. The Jeweler came out of his cave where they should keep him under wraps. Seemed annoyed, and proceeded to tell us about all of the things he could not do, and spoke to us in a tone that might be used with poorly behaved toddlers. Condescending and berating. I saw tears rising in my daughters eyes. We finally decided to leave it there as he reluctantly agreed to look at it. I went to finish the transaction with the woman behind the counter. Behind me was the Jeweler berating the customer who had jist walked in. The woman smiled awkwardly and made excuses for what he was saying. I quietly said he has a gruff demeaner (that was understated!) Her face froze, she bristled and asked me: "What Did you say"????? I quietly repeated my comment. , Her eyes went cold, her attmpt at a smile disappeared, and her face hardened. Very disturbing. She handed me the ring with one hand, and with the other she held her hand up like a stop sign as she hissed. "You can leave now". Wow. Don't go there. Very disturbing, dark place, unstable, very toxic personalities. Its worth going to a legit jeweler where your questions and concerns are considered with respect. We heard nothing but what they could not do for us.

For our 25th wedding anniversary, I (the wife) dropped many hints that I wanted an anniversary band. I used excuses like my existing set was wearing very thin, but the bottom line is I wanted more bling to add to my wedding set. It have a very unique design, straight line anniversary bands just didn't sync with it. I sketched what I thought would work and balance it out -- literally on a sticky note during a meeting. I took my sketch and ring to Jamie and he instantly gave me options and was willing to take my idea, enhance it and create a custom anniversary band. The chain stores just wanted me to reset my diamond in their bands :( Jamie is not just a jeweler but an artist. He gave me a very fair (and less expensive) price. And, even better, he worked with my husband between dropping off my existing ring and picking up my new and BEAUTIFUL set. I was happily surprised last evening when I opened that box, beautifully wrapped, and my vision came true. Happy bride for another 25 years!

I asked for a new ring design incorporating my engagement ring, and wrap and my late husband’s wedding ring. Jamie listened and made recommendations for a design. I was nervous because I had to have my rings cut off. Everyone was so kind. I picked up my ring today. It is absolutely beautiful and way more than the design sketch. The craftsmanship and detail are amazing. It’s better than perfect.
