Dropped off my paperwork on 02/17/24 and was told processing will be done in two weeks. Didn’t hear anything so I called and was informed Audra is working on my file, was told she would call me back. Never heard back. Waited another week, called back, and was hung up on. Called again and was informed that the lady was “giving” my file to Audra, thought she was already working on it? Told her I would like a call back from Audra, never heard back. Today I called the 800 number to put in a complaint. I see this has been repetitive with this location recently based on the reviews and if anyone has experienced this as well please call the 800 number also so they can do a proper investigation on this location for their unresponsive and no sense of urgency. This place is not professional.

Don't go here for your taxes i been waiting since 2021 for my 2021 and 2022 taxes to come back call no answer go in person no one there email no response so who knows how much i owe or am getting back

I had an AMAZING experience with Sasha at the Mechanicsburg location. She was quick and she cared. She helped me in ways I didn't know possible even after I messed up my online appointment. And, after the train wreck I went through last year, it was nice to be able to take a breath and trust in someone to help me file correctly. THANK YOU SASHA!!!

Very nice place. Very patient but very slow with processing. Don’t get me wrong I would rather for them to take their time when processing but they move slow and work slow. Other than that they are great!

We dropped off our taxes in March of 2022 and no one was in contact with us, called left messages and no one got back to us at all!! When we just went to pick them up they still were not done and they lost my daughters taxes! Do not go here it’s awful since Heidi left

Was advised that we owed $500+ from last year to H & R Block but no one communicated this to us until now which I find highly unprofessional to spring a bill on someone right then and there. We paid it but pulled our taxes and took them elsewhere, as our taxes just sat there for a month while we had to figure out what this $500 was for. Which if we owed it, it’s fine but I find this place incompetent and really would love to know why no one contacted us a year ago when this money was owed. Please do not leave me a 1-800 to call. Just overall poor communication. Go somewhere else, you’re better off with a CPA with the cost here.

The tax consultant that did my taxes was horrible and unprofessional, lied, did not contact me or respond to my calls or emails when I contacted her after not hearing anything for over a week. She told me I needed to renew my ID, and then could email her the new one. Which I did within 15 minutes. And i said that i would coming in Saturday to sign. I got there and it was still not ready. She said she needed my ID printed. Which is what she was supposed to do when I emailed it to her. So I printed it right then. And said I would be there sunday at 11am when and expected to be able to sign and finish my return. I went in sunday and it still was not done. She then lied to my face and tried to blame the receptionist for not telling her I was coming. I heard the lady tell her, right in front of me. She made excuse after excuse. And it took over 2 weeks and 4 trips down there to get it done. And she tried to get out of finishing it on Sunday until I said that I wanted it done immediately.
