First time filing taxes in-person. H&R Block is what my parents always use and I can see why. The tax pros are friendly and professional while making sure you understand what is going on. Will definitely continue to file using this firm.

Didn’t honor my online appointment and never offered to reschedule, so I had to drop them off. Then they never finished my taxes and never returned my multiple phone calls. Don’t waste your time here.

I would never recommend H And R BLOCK on Simpson ferry Road in Mechanicsburg PA. They are terrible. They did not complete my taxes as requested and now they are not getting back to me to help me figure out what I need to do next. I have reached upper management and they are not responding either. No one returns phone calls or respond to emails. They just keep passing the buck and it leads to know where:/

I have always prepared my own tax return, but after Carrie Boyd in Mechanicsburg PA did it for me this year and I realized how easy it could be, I will continue to use and recommend H&R Block in the future.
