This place deserves NEGATIVE stars. Nothing but problems from the start. My friend dropped off her taxes (she had to amend), they didn't do them for OVER 6 weeks. Then took another 2 1/2 weeks before they did them. They rip people off, all they want is $$$. Amended taxes (according to H&R corporate) is $99, this place charged her almost 3 times MORE and they refused to take it out of her refund. Office staff has serious bad attitudes. Save yourself the hassle and sanity and use someone else!

Absolutely awful experience all around. I scheduled an appt for 10 am on Wednesday, I sat in the parking lot until 1030 and no one arrived so I left. When I called Thursday the woman assured me “someone was there at 10!” Which was not true. I rescheduled for today. Upon entering the woman told me I could not file my taxes the separately from my spouse (which is also not true.) I tried to give this place a two chances, seeing as location was convenient for me. Overall a terrible and unprofessional experience. Will be sticking with my previous tax guy.

We filed our taxes with them last year and never heard back from them. I called months later due to not hearing from them and they said we weren't in the system. The guy put me on hold for several minutes and said I found them sitting in a drawer... now I have been smacked with almost $250 in late charges due to their incompetence. Do not use this place for your taxes!

Waited last minute to file my taxes, then I find out the next day it was denied. Now I’m paying penalties and my direct deposit through H&R Block is still “pending.” Had to call the IRS to dingier everything out as they had NO ANSWERS, and I waited two weeks for an answer. Never received a call back, I had to initiate EVERYTIME.

I have never in my life had such an impossible experience getting my taxes done by a tax “professional”. If you choose to come here, please be aware of the fact that even if the documents are directly in front of the tax “professional” they can and will still file your taxes with errors. I.e. an incorrectly spelled last name, an entirely incorrect last name, an incorrect DOB and god knows what other errors. The tax “professional” sent in an amended return when she was made aware of her many errors (she attempted to blame us in saying we should have checked over the paperwork... is that not YOUR job and we did check the paperwork and this is how the errors were found!) After much back and forth and many phone calls over the last several months (you would think after her fumble she would be keeping us in the loop but quite the opposite, we practically had to beg for communication) we finally just now found out that we will not be seeing our return likely until July as “amended returns may take up to 15 weeks to process”. FIFTEEN. While we’re still in the middle of a pandemic and finances are tight, it’s absolutely unacceptable that we should have to wait until summer for our money when it was NOT OUR ERROR TO BEGIN WITH. Not to mention we haven’t received our third stimulus and I’m worried that this is messing with it (as we no longer live at last years address and the easiest way to correct the address your stimulus is sent to us by filing your taxes.) At this point I absolutely question whether or not the fee taken out to have it filed with this tax “professional” was worth it. I should say not. If there was anyway to get that fee refunded or given back to us, I would absolutely expect it. Please. Please. PLEASE be careful with who you file taxes with. It’s too much sensitive information to be left in the hands of such incompetent individuals.

My taxes were too complicated for me to handle this year. I had a 401k to Roth IRA conversion, multiple W2s and Stock Trading losses. Kate M did my return, and it took barely more than 1 hour. She was professional, polite and competent. I will go back next year.
