Pharmacist does not put in effort to get daily medication for customers. I was just told I should be the one to find my prescription by calling around. This is not my job as a paying customer who has a daily required prescription. This is the third time at this location this has happened to me. Do better MA’AM

Everyone except for the one really nice older associate is grumpy. Staff just throw each other under the bus instead of resolving the problem when you say the person I spoke with said I could pick it up at this time. Also you can tell by their product placement that they're pushing an agenda. I just want you to smile, be polite, and sell me groceries. Do better Giant.

I recently began using the Simpson Ferry Road Giant Pharmacy in Mechanicsburg. The prescriptions I transferred from the previous big chain pharmacy I used previously were ready in a few minutes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm extremely happy.

Neat and clean, organized. They had wipes at the entrance for the carts. The location itself seemed less crowded than other branches. This one is also much smaller - so the aisles were differently organized. Their meat and fish section seemed smaller and had less variety. Overall checkout was much faster because of less crowds. Good customer service. Needed help finding stuff and they guided well.

The employees at this Giant are too rude. They are nasty to customers. If there is something on special, the shelf is bare. I can never complete my shopping list with all the holes in inventory. This is the smallest Giant in the area which makes it convenient for quick stops only. The bad attitudes and poor service has me going down the road to a competitor.

I have been a customer at this Giant food store on Simpson Ferry road in Mechanicsburg, Pa for about 3 years. Every time I need a prescription filled or I have any questions, my needs are met and sometimes more. There are three pharmacists working there that I have to say are absolutely wonderful at their jobs, AMY being one of those ladies. My family is so appreciative of her kindness, efficiency, knowledge, and outstanding customer service! She makes our lives much easier with every phone call and every in store visit. The "hellos" also put a smile on my face as we walk by, even when not in need of visiting the pharmacy. Thank you Ladies!
