Dr. Ramos-Rivera is incredibly knowledgeable, down-to-earth, yet very professional, and has a huge heart and a kind soul. She is truly one of the kindest and most compassionate people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. She is one of the only vets I have worked with that truly take the time and cares. Visits to the vet can be extremely stressful for both the owner and the pet. Dr. Ramos works hard to reassure both the worried owner and the stressed animal. I wouldn't trust my dog with anyone else. I would highly recommend Dr. Ramos and her team!

Best vet and staff ever!!! If your animals deserve VIP medical treatment, this is the ONLY place to bring your animals. I have complete faith in Dr. Ramos! I highly recommend this vet, but honestly hope you go somewhere else so she has more time for my VIP dogs when they get sick.

The best vet I have ever found! Knowledgable, Compassionate and just the best experience all around. She will have our business as long as she's in business! We were advised to put our girl down at the ER. We called her and she told us exactly what to do. We had our girl for another 5 years!!! That is priceless.
