Both Mechanicsburg pa bank staff is very rude and they have one to the bad customers services. Long Wait time. Lack of training and knowledge about the product they offered. I wait there 1 hours when I asked the product they offered the manager did not have knowledge they said we asked from the other bank again they said come next time.

Pulled up in fromt of door 5 min till closing my daughter pulled open door i asked her to come here a min and that quick they pushed a button and locked door the three tellers in there thought it was funny that we couldnt get back in very rude the youngsters in there 30sI did call on them with 1800 hopefully they do something or they wont have customers

They move at a snails pace and have no regard for the customer's time. Manager is oblivious to the "service provided" by counter staff. Horrible management.

Going to close my account today. Horrible experience with this bank.Opened a business account in mid April. Everything seemed fine. I made an initial deposit of $50 since it was the minimum. I was told I should receive my debit card in 2 weeks.I received a book of checks in the mail and the binder. (which I didn't ask for, and wasn't asked about when opening the account, but whatever) Again everything seems fine.A couple of weeks later I go to the branch to make a $250 deposit and to kindly let them know my debit card hasn't arrived. When I try to confirm my balance, which I assumed should be $300 (obviously because $50 + $250 = $300) I was told no, my balance was actually $70. Apparently they charged my $160 for the checks after opening the account, which over drafted my initial deposit and then charged $70 for an overdraft fee.At the time they were very nice and waived both of those fees since I never asked for the checks and was never told about they extremely high fee.Now its the middle of May and my debit card still hasn't arrived. I call customer service and according to their records, a debit card was NEVER ORDERED. So I ask them to please expedite one to me and the nice man on the phone says they will. I called back they next day, just to follow up and now customer service tells me that they cant actually order a debit card through them and I have to visit the branch in person. So I am going to visit the branch, but its going to be so I can close my account.Terrible terrible experience, avoid this bank at all costs.

It is December 4th and I have been waiting since September 29th to receive a new debit card. This is ridiculous!

I went through the drive thru to cash a check. First off it took forever and when I counted the money, it was $4 short. Ya, it was only $4 but I'm not going to lose money because of someone else's mistake. After waiting for the teller to help me, I had to wait for them to pull the tape, recount, and send me the $4 I was shorted the first time. I feel like just asking them to send me all the rest of my account so I can take it somewhere that takes better care of my money (and values my time).

I stopped at this branch today for the first time. Was a horrible experience. I had 1 car ahead of me and waited 20 minutes! To top it off she told me my deposit was incorrect. My cash was fine but my checks were wrong. My adding of my checks was off over 100.00! The machine said so! I asked for my checks back and added it again, the machine was wrong! Why did she not just add my 5 checks herself to see who was correct, the customer or the machine. Thankfully I didnt just say ok to the machines addition.

Now I know why this place has such a low rating all I wanted to do was pull out some money cash or check for a rent payment I was told because I forgot my ID / wallet at the house I could not get any of MY money out of my account I was told they would let me take $100 out and that’s it so I asked can I verify address social account numbers ect I just wana pay rent I was told sorry this is what I’m being told by management then I asked if I could speak to them nope I was refused help I was told they were busy they would call me back so I went to another location and received amazing help and was able to access my money that I was told I couldn’t funny how 2 different locations owned by the same company react totally different

I have been going to this branch since they were commerce bank ( witch was the best bank) and stayed even when they changed to metro bank. First National is the WORST bc the hours are extremely inconvenient!! What bank closes so early during the weekends and closes later during the week right around the time most folks get out of work? Lol it’s an introverted bank ? takes your money but hates seeing you or talking to you. Looking for a better bank at this point.??

I'm giving this bank 1 star - because you can't give it zero. They close before a working person can get there after work. Even their drive through is closed by 4pm. I waited on line for over 20 minutes yesterday for "customer service" and over 10 minutes again today. I never got to speak to a live person. I want to get cash out of my account, and cannot get enough through the ATM, and cannot get a response from the bank regarding scheduling an appointment or how I can otherwise get my money. When this bank was Commerce, they cared about their customers. Unfortunately, they no longer do.
