I dropped my vehicle off for warranty work for a blower motor that was emitting a high pitched noise. Pretty standard issue with the bearing that should be able to be diagnosed and fixed by a basically competent tech. The tech claimed they didn't hear it and so didn't initiate a repair, which is hard to believe considering it started immediately when I got in the car. On top of that, the tech disconnected my dash cam and didn't plug it back in before handing the vehicle back over. This type of repair requires no dash work, so I can only assume that if someone unplugs my dash cam when working on my car, that there's some sort of malice involved. The lack of restoration of the car to the condition in which I provided it to them is completely unacceptable, in addition to them disconnecting it in the first place. Two stars because the customer interaction was at least pleasant, but competency leaves much to be desired.

Bought a car 2 years ago from here, and have been trying to contact them for the past week about insurance I bought through them without any luck.I’ve gone through about 10 missed phone calls, 2 phone calls where I was told somebody would call me back, voice messages, emails, etc trying to reach somebody. I just want to be able to talk to a real person so I can get my windshield fixed and drive my car again; don’t know how else to reach somebody.

Got an ok deal on a used Outback but little things equated this big dealership experience to that of a sleazy used car lot. Then a year later went in for a free inspection which they failed due to a front catalytic converter exhaust leak that would cost thousands to replace due to the whole assembly not broken down into reasonable parts. Many other Outbacks and other Subaru models has recalls for that same problem in the same year, of course except for mine. Left and responded to their customer service solicitation and when I politely expressed my displeasure and request for relief due to Subaru's material flaw I was completely ignored.

Having bought my car here years ago, I was excited to bring it back and have the vehicle serviced by the technicians who initially had it in inventory. The experience used to be exemplary. Keywords “Used To”. I miss the days where I could drop off the car in a pinch and have the issues inspected in a timely manner, making an emergency situation a priority while simultaneously respecting those who had appointments. I recently called to explain that I needed my car worked on immediately, and according to the mailing that I received advertising “Subaru Express Service”, the flier states “There’s no need to make an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation or other minor maintenance with Express Service. Just drive in, and we’ll have you back on your way fast.” I truly wish such was the case, as I arrived around 8am expecting to drop my car off and have the requested battery test and oil check performed in short time. Instead, it took until 2pm for me to finally reach the end of my patience and depart from the building, dissatisfied and unassisted. During this time, a loaner was not provided despite being requested by 9:15am, nor was the battery in my spare key replaced, as was also requested. I understand the business landscape nowadays is heavily against the common worker. However for a loyal customer of seven years who has accumulated 130,000 miles on this vehicle, providing free advertising along the way, the disrespect felt extra rough from an establishment I thought I could trust and support. I’m truly saddened at this heel turn away from the customer service that once made me a proud Faulkner Subaru customer. Simply put, I strongly urge many prospective customers to consider other options.

Just bought a used equinox today. Wife drove it a few miles and check engine light came on. I spoke with Spencer and he said they will fix it and get my wife in a another car until it’s fixed. If they fix it I will keep you all posted and change my review.

Just purchased our second car from Faulkner. Danielle was easy to work with and didn't have the high pressure we received at other dealerships. I would recommend working with Faulkner.

The overall experience with the sales staff was very positive, and I only had to wait 3 weeks from the time I built the car on the website to driving it home from the dealership. But there are some key accessories that I ordered with the build that didn't come with the car. Such as the Thule crossbar set, the cargo organizer, cat carrier, and the ball hitch. All of which I thought I already paid for with the build that I will now have to pay extra for if I still want them.

Zack Beishline was a great to work with, definitely the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. Can’t say it enough. Very honest, helpful and straight forward staff. I traveled 3 hours to get the car from them. Zach and the staff got me in and back out on the road quickly. Very happy with my purchase and the service I received from them over the phone/text and in person. They let me know everything about the car and the price I was going to pay before I got there, you’re not gonna get that anywhere else. Thanks again guys.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone after the unfortunate treatment that I received. This dealership, unfortunately lives up to the reputation, you may all think of, when you think of a car salesman. Save your energy and go to a no haggles dealership because this one is just lies, games, and sales tactics and the customer never wins. This was my experience…After spending two hours at the dealership and test driving three vehicles I came to the decision on the one. As time slipped by, as it does so quickly at a car dealership, I had a meeting at 11 AM. After I discussed with the sales girl and the sales manager that I had to be at this meeting, I asked them if it would be OK if I came back afterwards around 1 PM and we could finish up the deal, which they said would be fine. At 12:45, I received a phone call from the sales girl stating that another person had come to test drive that vehicle, and that they were purchasing it. This blindsided me and I asked her why they would be selling the car that I was coming back to buy to another person? I was told it was because I did not put down a deposit to hold the vehicle, which should have probably been mentioned before I left the dealership the first time. I feel as though a courtesy call should have came stating that another person was looking at the vehicle and gave me the opportunity to put a deposit on it if I was still interested, but that opportunity was not given to me. Perhaps they felt as though they could talk to me into a different vehicle, and they would’ve made two sales that day, but that was not the case. I was so disappointed, after shopping for vehicles for weeks and finally finding the one that you want to take home and the dealership sells it to someone else right underneath you. And the worst part is that when I confronted them, them didn’t think they did anything wrong. So anyone reading this review just remember the next time you give someone your word, keep it, even if you lose out on something, you still will have gained respect

Bought my Subaru Crosstrek a couple months ago. Not only I love this car, I also loved my experience with dealership. Austin was extremely helpful. Would definitely return and recommend to use for my friends. Thank you Subaru.

Bought a Mazda 3 and was told it had no issues, no check engine light. Got home an hour and a half later and the check engine light came on. I called and was told to bring it back to fix.I got pulled over the day after bringing it home because they didn’t put the temporary registration in the window either that was fun when I don’t like cops and avoid them at all costs. (Childhood trauma with a cop not doing their job and protecting kids in danger. Another time for that.)Did that…. Check engine light came on before I left Harrisburg proper. Turned around. Found out needed a back ordered part… for over four months I’ve had the loaner, a 2023 Impreza Subaru. It’s loud and the vent unglued on the first hot day of the summer.I was told they wouldn’t fix my Mazda if it’s a preexisting condition and when I said how it wasn’t on and if they are going to say that then they cleared the light and they quickly stopped and agreed to fix it…I offered for them to take a couple grand off because it wasn’t priced for a check engine light and they said no they wanted to fix it or buy it back.I have horrible anxiety and we just had gone months finding a car I liked, so no. And we’d have to get a new loan for a new car. No thanks I already went through that headache.I took it for two oil changes and made sure I vacuumed out the car every other day because I have kids.I was told to enjoy the loaner like it was my own. I didn’t though. I parked it away from everyone and didn’t allo any food or drink in it. Or crayons or markers. (Which is hard for parents but I did it)I must have bumped a curb in the months I had the loaner, and when my husband took it in for its second oil change, he was told they needed to know what happened to the rims and that they needed to get an estimate for the damage. He was also told by the parts or service manager that THEY ONLY NORMALLY LOAN THOSE OUT TO SUBARU OWNERS/BUYERS. We bought a Mazda off their lot. They kept throwing everything the did back in my face like they were doing me a favor for trying to sell me a lemon they cleared the check engine light off of. My oil gets changed less than half a mile from my house, I was told I had to bring the Subaru back, I did but asked for gas money since my Mazda wouldn’t have been back for oil changes. They agreed but he keeps acting like he gave me a gold crown by doing that now. When I explained why asking for extra money to fix normal damage on a car one has had for almost five months, is touchy. Especially when those people recently lost their job due to lay offs. Nice that extra money doesn’t stress them out, not nice for their customers who are on a budget.I just want my Mazda fixed and never have to deal with Faulkner ever again. I thought I was leaving them with a good taste in my mouth with them doing the right thing, no they are bitter AF about doing what they should do after trying to stick me with issues y’all hid when I was buying it.They said they’d take care of the rim damage after I was in tears and kept saying I shouldn’t be this upset…. Clearly no customer service skills or human relation skills. Try taking a psych class so you can understand human responses in stressful situations.I said good bye after he said he’d fix my car and get it back and I hung up. Apparently he needed to get the last word in bc he called back immediately and didn’t leave a message so clearly nothing important to say about the car.Savannah and the operator were really nice though. Savannah was always nice and should be the manager, not insensitive people like now.Btw, I was on speaker with Shane and the service manager. So how will calling and speaking with him again help differently? Also it’s Tuesday and y’all wanted to bring my car Friday late at night and I couldn’t bc I was busy. And I have yet to hear back from y’all and it’s Tuesday. I called Monday and left a message and sent an email.Mazda called them and they told them the part was delivered Monday and they are working on it. Thought it was on Friday?!

Tried over a week to talk to someone about a vehicle they had listed for sale on the website. Email, Text and phone calls all without success. I got several replies but only the generic "we will got back to you shortly". Vehicle is still listed on their site. I guess they don't want to sell it.

Absolutely wonderful dealership. I sent a request for information on the car. And I received a message within minutes. They checked in with me a few days later I had decided I was going to go look at it. Everything was all set up for when I got there. The car was out front the car salesman had the keys ready I handed up my license and I got to take a test drive within a couple of minutes of getting to the dealership. They had me set up with Austin as my sales person super nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle showed me all the fancy bells and whistles the new Subaru had compared to my old Subaru. But I would highly recommend this dealership and Austin for his excellent job having everything ready for us, so we weren’t there the whole day.
