The service Advisor (Jalen) was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and polite. He kept me informed and updated on what was wrong and what they were doing to address the issues. I was extremely satisfied with the work done on my 2016 Ram 1500! I would recommend Faulkner to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced.

Jay was super friendly and helped me while my car was being worked on! I do with there were more rental cars available when we ask for them when our cars are being serviced. There are typically none available when asked. Besides this, it’s a nice place with good people.

Chris was very professional. No hassling, was available to help if I needed. They took care of providing a fresh inspection for the car, explained all of my financing options and delivered the car to me as well. They go out of their way to help you. Would highly recommend to buy your car here
