We had been charging the iphone wirelessly for a year, and thought the charging port was a lost cause, so I did not even think to mention it. “Wonderful experience with Batteries Plus in Lower Allen Twp. I brought in my iPhone which wouldn't charge and fearing the worst. The technician took it to the back, examined it, cleaned out the lightning port, and fixed the problem. What's more, he didn't even charge me for the service. In today's retail world, I don't count on prompt, expert service anymore. So it was a breath of fresh air to interact with the people at Batteries Plus. 5+ stars.”
