They did great with repairing my car and communicated great throughout the process. Everyone I know that recommended them said such great things about them and told me that they do a complimentary cleaning inside and wax your car when they are done. My mom just had this done about a month ago here and her car was spotless afterwards, she was so happy with it. Well when I picked mine up after a week and a half of being there I noticed when I got home that it wasn’t cleaned at all on the inside and neither on the outside. Still had crumbs everywhere, dusty dashboards, just like I had left it. I called them right away when I got home from picking it up and the man I spoke to didn’t even apologize for them forgetting to clean it and just said to bring it in whenever to get it cleaned and was very short on the phone. I brought it in the following week and the man there pretty much acted like I was lying and that they definitely cleaned it and that they don’t do a deep clean, not sure if it was the same man I had spoken with on the phone. I said no they did not and I’m sure of it, I pretty much had to prove my case that it was never cleaned anywhere at all. I should have taken a picture of it right away. Finally the front desk guy Shaun took it back and cleaned it spotless but why did I have to basically stand up for myself like that when no one apologized or anything to me about this or the inconvenience of me having to bring it back over to get a complimentary cleaning that every single person gets when they leave this place?? Doesn’t make any sense to me and I was not happy with how they handled this. Shaun did a great job and I really appreciated that he didn’t ask any questions and didn’t hesitate to clean it. Thank you sir!

Cannot say enough good things about them. I had to have the hatch replaced on my Honda. They did a fantastic job and had it done in the time frame they told me. They were friendly, efficient and very helpful. I highly recommend them.

Dellinger's Auto Body is totally awesome! I don't recall I ever wrote a Google review, but I will definitely write one for Dellinger. My car was hit by another car on the front bumper a month ago. While other places gave me quotes of ~~$3,000, I stopped by Dellinger. Sean Scherzer, one of the managers/technicians, took my car to the garage for 10 minutes and made it look like it was never hit. The amazing thing was, Sean let me go without charging me a penny. Hey, this can't be true!!! I returned yesterday to get some more work done and the charge was very reasonable. I fully recommend Dellinger's Auto Body to anyone. If it happens that your car gets a collision, go to Dellinger's Auto Body and ask to see Sean Scherzer. Sean is a totally incredibly good guy.

Simply the Best is a well deserved award for these guys! Dellinger's did a fantastic job with my civic. The service and communication were both outstanding. I've never had the misfortune of colliding with a deer until this winter. And I hope it never happens, but I know where I'll be going again if it does! THANK YOU!!

Watch out for their “storage fees”! Had my car towed to Dellinger’s after an accident over a weekend. When I called on Monday Shawn told me they had a 5 month backlog. I said that was too long and I would need to find another shop. He said he understood, and I asked if I could leave the car there until I did find another shop as it was undrivable and he said it was fine. Then when I had a tow truck sent to pick up the car Dellinger’s refused to release the vehicle until I paid $660 for “storage fees”. Apparently it was their policy, however it was never disclosed and Shawn made it seem like it was no problem for the car to be at their shop. No wonder it was no problem, it’s a revenue stream for them.

My passenger door got misaligned while backing out of my garage as it was open. I went to Dellinger's Auto as they had great reviews online. Staying true to their online reviews, they fixed it in 5 minutes and didn't even charge me. They now have a lifelong customer. Thank you Dellinger's Auto.
