worst, waited 1hr in line twice and no one picked up. this is worst location.. i doubt if they are working with curtesy.. i am suspecting that, they may do sadistically work like mixing incorrect medicine which is a concern. i would not go agian.

The staff is extremely rude. Customer satisfaction is horrible. I never met a more disrespectful store manager at a retail store. It is clear that CVS does not care about their customers. I highly recommend going to a different pharmacy all together

I would give this store zero stars if I could. I had an issue with some pictures which were printed. I returned to the store to see if it could be corrected. CHAD, the operations manager, attempted to help me with the issue. He was beyond disrespectful and rude. I’ve never come across someone like him in customer service. It’s a shame that he is in any sort of position to be talking to customers. Avoid the store and take your business elsewhere if you want to be a valued customer.

Just denied my filling scripts bc “ I hadn’t been in” … after they couldn’t fill a needed script for over 4 months. I travel and need to fill scripts when I am in town. Man was rude and pretty belligerent with me. Never EVER going to any CVS again. Absurd and unprofessional and petty. NEVER!

Horrible pharmacy you wait for an hr an half on hold for no one to answer the phone. The doctors calls a prescription in and by nighttime it’s still not filled and can’t get ahold of anyone unless u go in the store. And then they tell u it’s a 30 min wait

Walked with a cane walkways were impeded. Clerk up front was incredibly rude, we were looking for covid test and they wanted $200 for a covid test through them! Shame on you CVS

I've been going to this pharmacy for 17 years; it was always great. However in the last few months, they don't answer their phone, you have to wait forever inside or outside to talk to someone. They don't process your prescriptions unless you go in there and ask them to. I was there 4 times in 2 days just to be told to keep coming back. I transferred all my scripts to another CVS.

I love when you walk into a store and even if someone can't get to you right away you are acknowledged! From the lady up front to the many helpful people in the pharmacy EVERYONE WAS AMAZING! Special thanks to the lady at the register for helping look for my lost keys and the pharmacy for going the extra mile to make sure my sick hubby received his meds! ❤

My daughter had a script sent in from the urgent care to this pharmacy. The line was long for pick up, so I decided to make sure that her script was in the system before I waited in the line. There was a tech doing input at drop off that apparently couldn't be bothered. I asked if he could just check the system to see if my daughters script was being processed and he couldn't utter one sound or look at me. Just continued with what he was doing and ignored me. The busy pharmacist eventually came over and was very kind. The process was quick overall, but the tech perhaps needs retraining in customer service.
