What type of business is closed at 1 pm on a Tuesday with no note on door. Drove from the closed Dillsburg location to get a new phone. Even their answering sevice not set up . Great job, folks! I guess you solved my question on T-MOBILE

The two guys working were very knowledgeable and helpful. They got us in and out in 5 minutes. Definitely go see them if you need help with your phone. They were great!!!

New Owners and staff here has been wonderful.. I got a free phone and free service. now i dont have to worry about a phone bill during the holidays.. Go check them out they are great!!

I was an unhappy AT&T customer who recently switched to Cricket after reading glowing reviews in regards to Jose and his store. He did not disappoint. Jose’s customer service is fantastic. He should teach a class in how to be a decent human being to customers. AT&T reps should be his first students. I’m now a happy Cricket customer.

We needed a quick fix to accomadate the 5 g networking to our older phone. It plain wasn't working.Our cricket employee was helpful and efficient. Fixed the phone in a jif and I gave him two fasnacht donuts from Karns grocery because my husband and I were so pleased with his service. He never heard of fasnacht day or fas donuts. He does now. Yummy

This place was perfect. The store manager Jose O. Roque ll was absolutely Amazing. Even though we only just met him he felt like a close family friend who was knowledgeable and very professional at helping my girlfriend and I. We both walked out with brand new iPhones and some accessories and came no where close to breaking the budget. The whole process was comfortable and didn’t take long. We would recommend Jose and Cricket wireless to anyone.

Jose, the store manager, is amazing! We had to move some lines, add new ones, new phones, all at the end of a long day, but he was so kind and patient. My boys love their new phones, and he helped me switch over to my new phone. I highly recommend Cricket and this store location.

I was very impressed with the assistance I received from Jose at the 4953 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg location. He did the necessary fixes that my iPhone needed, as it is now working exceptionally well. His knowledge is really exceptional, I give him an A++++ Rating in every way. When you visit this location you will be very happy with whatever you go in for.

Jose is the best of the best. Although we spent 4 hours in the store no fault of Jose, it was very stressful dealing with our current carriers at the time. Jose told me to breathe and it will all be fine. I walked out of that store with everything I needed and am happy with my 3 phones I got. I am very pleased. If it wouldn't have been for Jose's knowledge and patience I would have left. Thank you Jose. You are a great person. Thank you for hooking us up.
