This young lady was an awesome teller with great customer service skills, I just wanted to tell you about how good she was!However I must say your telephone servicing sucks , you sya its about us your customers but your phone service contrdicts that statement to the fullest”
“This Members 1st is usually the only one i go to now since the upgrade on the mac machine. I did reluctantly have to go in to this branch location due to a weird charge on my account. The teller at the counter and the manager that took care of me were both very helpful. I normally don't go in to establishments like this because i've been treated poorly in the past because i'm a transman and well it's all downhill from there. But this branch is not like that at all. Dom was who took care of me..and made sure to say "this is a safe place". She helped me and got everything figured out as well. I can't say thank you for your kindness enough..it really does matter. I don't feel like the one star reviews from one or two years ago are accurate. All the staff was friendly, the bank was clean, and everyone was being taken care of quickly. LQBTQ+ friendly.”
