Love this store! Manager and staff are very friendly and willing to help you find anything you need. Manager goes above and beyond, looking through unopened stock to see if they got the product in yet and if they didn't, always offers to order it for you. Enjoy shopping here.

The manager at this store is completely out of line! She had the nastiest personality I’ve seen by far. Jesse is what they call her. I can not believe how she acted over me using my birthday coupon! As of the $10 was coming out of her pocket. Unbelievable. I spend thousands of dollars with this company and I absolutely will not be back to this location!

So, I was in a hurry and called in to have a order. The Paul Mitchell 3N Color was what I requested to be at the counter. The clerk said she would. So when I arrived it wasn't. They do not seem customer friendly. Their store is not well stocked. I needed metal duckbill clips and none was found.

I love this store because of the workers. All the girls in there are so sweet and helpful. I can ask them any questions and they help no problem. That’s hard to find anymore.
