When I arrived I was given a wait time which was a couple of hours and was given an option to wait or be called I chose to wait and the staff were so polite and when seen by the dr I was kept inform with all procedures I would recommend their services to family members which I did thank you ?

I am 16 and I needed my knee looked at for work and they decided to ignore me because I was under 18 and there by myself because my parents have jobs. I have been here for almost 4 hours. I am hungry.

I would have to say it would depend on which visit they're referring to. My first visit was very bad I had to wait almost 4 hours and I didn't even get seen by the doctor. So that experience was not good. My second visit was better they took me back read my TB test and I saw the doctor within 15 minutes and was done within a half hour. All in all staff was very good but my first experience was not good and if given the chance again I'm not sure I would go back to that location I would probably go to another one

The staff were very nice. I was not very pleased with a two hour wait to see a physician on initial visit. The follow up was around an hour wait. Waiting around for hours ruined the experience .

Had to get a DOT Medical recert physical. I was there for approximately 4 hours. I waited an hour in the waiting room, then was called back for weight, height, BP, vision and hearing. Was told I'd have to go back to the waiting room until the doctor was ready for the examination. Waited another hour. Nurse said there was a room open and led me back to an exam room and closed the door. I waited 90 minutes in the exam room and then finally ventured out into the hallway to ask if they forgot about me. They said they didn't forget about me. So I guess it was just a coincidence that the doctor appeared 30 seconds after I complained. The doctor was very pleasant but a physical shouldn't take 4 hours of my time. I lost an entire days wages because of this delay.

staff was very friendly. took forever to be seen. waited an hour for a receptionist to read me my test results. facility was clean.

I went here for a DOT physical and for a drug test. Everyone was amazing until met with the doctor. Not sure what her problem was but she was extremely rude and wasn't listening to anything I had to say. If there was a different doctor there that would have listened to me I probably would have given you a 5 but that didn't happen.
