Thanks again for everything. Working with your company was a nightmare. Oh, The floor was fixed. And after about four hours of my labor, I have all of my doors to my island installed. It looks nice. Thanks for checking in. I thought since your customer service seems to be nonexistent, this would be a good way to let you know. with so many other solid surface outlets, one would think. Customer satisfaction/ appreciation would be important. Not Here

Alex and Solomon installed my countertops today, they were very professional and very friendly. They were in and out in no time, did a fantastic job and explained how to care for my countertops and answered all of my questions. Very satisfied!!!!

From start to finish, Classic Rock was great to work with for our kitchen project. Kristi is so knowledgeable and was very responsive anytime we had a question. They offered to hold our slab for several months without us asking, and we did the Slab Smith design appointment which was SO worth it. I will absolutely recommend Classic Rock to everyone I know!

This company lets their policies get in the way of their customer service. Their work is beautiful but there are equally qualified stone companies that care for their customers. My project is delayed a full five weeks solely because of Classic Rock.

If you are looking for new countertops I highly recommend Classic Rock! I love my new kitchen! Adam and Alex installed our quartz counters and did a great job! Very professional, friendly and helpful to any questions my husband and I had! We are very pleased!

Huge shout out to Classic Rock Mechanicsburg! We had a change of heart on our countertop material and Kristi Foley came in and saved the day! She went out of her way to reassure us and made sure that we were able to get the new material that we wanted! Truly 5 star customer service! Our original sales consultant, Dawn Woolf, was also stellar. Highly recommend Classic Rock!!

The choice of quartz options was perfect. There was a wide variation but yet not overwhelming and the staff was great about answering questions. At installation, Adam and Alex were fabulous! Their attention to detail was top notch. They were not only sure my new counters were installed correctly, but also the very tricky matching fireplace front. I would highly recommend Classic Rock!Check out the before picture with the pony wall and shelf that did nothing but serve as a place to collect things ... to my new expanded countertop with bar for seating, awesome granite composite undermount sink and my gorgeous new matching fireplace!

Highly recommend... professional, helpful, amazing team. Started in the showroom with the wonderful design consultant ( I feel horrible, but can't remember her name). She was so helpful and took great care of us! Then the installation team of Dan and Patrick were excellent! Efficient, kind, and precise also come to mind. Couldn't be happier, the whole team is amazing!
