This Laundry is joke. The owner and employees don’t think about customers. They just think of their business and money. I ran out of the coin that I have and needed change of $100 to get coin from vendors machine. I approached to the cashier and he was like we have change sorry, may the bank down the road may split the bill for you. It was 730am in the morning. This laundry so inconvenient for the customer.

Went to the Simpson ferry rd location to pick up some items and Darrell had my order ready as I walked through the door.i had only been there a few times and he remembered my name! This level of customer service is rare these days.Outstanding!

Classic Dry Cleanrrs came to the rescue with a recent garment that was irreplaceable and special to me. An accident happened that resulted in me being doused with melted wax all over my vest. They got it out and made it look as good as new. Most importantly to me was the care they took in understanding the extent of the problem and showing their concern. True professionals that I am happy to recommend!

TLDR: it took almost a month for me to get my curtains back and by the time I did, they were still wrinkled, looking exactly the way they did out of the package. Bonnie has horrible customer service skills and never followed up with me multiple times despite promises to do so. Asked and received a refund.My curtains were dropped off here around end of October with a request to press only. Picked up, they were stilled wrinkled as though they hadn’t been touched. Also, they hung the curtains on regular wire hangers for clothing lengthwise and then widthwise, which rendered any pressing of the curtains useless due to the extra creases this created.Curtains were driven back to their shop 11/2, and I called the following week to check whether they could pack the curtains in a different way to avoid putting unnecessary creases. Bonnie said she would check and call me back. A week goes by and no call. I called Wed 11/15, and Bonnie promised to call by Friday 11/17 to check if I can be given a refund because I was fed up. Today is Friday and no call so I reached out only to hear Bonnie *say* she called me and thought she left a message. No calls were received. Nothing but lies and waiting around. Wondering if she’s on drugs / is OK. Received full refund upon request. I can’t believe I waited an extra two days thinking this woman would call lol.Please think twice before dropping off your items, based on how my curtains look, there is a good chance that they don’t actually service items before returning. They say that they have been in business for many years; so how can they excuse a finished product like this and an employee who does not follow up? Awful all around. Nope. I would pass on this shop.Update: Added more photos. They actually look worse than they did out of their package.
