I've been with Allstate since 1981 and have no complaints. Vonnie was my very first agent, God bless her, and after all these years, I still feel I'm in good hands. My rates are actually better than some I've checked out. Everyone at this office is kind!

Supervisor Blake, is not professional at all with customers and would not allow customer to explain the situation and kept talking over top of me, saying I know what I'm talking a out and you don't.Horrible customer service experience. That guy should be demoted.

Just got another letter in the mail with a special offer prepared especially for "Stviffn" sent by the Christopher Petrone Agency even though I never contacted him.Rate looks better than Flo's does but I can't do business with somebody that sends form letters out in his name and spells "Stephen" as "Stviffn".

We were lied to by the owner Christopher Winters. Our car was stolen on July 14th 2022, it is now September 12th 2022 and our car is still in the body shop. No one knows when we will get it back. We've been lied to by the repair shop as we as Mr. Winters GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! And now Mr. Winters is refusing to answer any questions and told us we need to call corporate. How is that for customer service.

Parents up in age. Step-dad diagnosed with dementia. Had license revoked as a result. When I asked Allstate about the policy and removing him and only having my mother on policy, he stated it would actually increase premium (currently $1,200 for 6 months). I felt that was ridiculous, so left Allstate and went to Geico, and now paying less than $400 for 6 months...and that is still having step-dad covered.

If a no-star review was an option for Google ratings that’s what I would assign to my experience. I signed up for one-year of renter’s insurance through this office, and paid in full at the time of purchasing the policy. For 12-months I was hounded to add things I did not need, and at the end of the policy was told I owed another year, plus a past due amount after being paid in full for over a year before being alerted of these balances. The agents assured me these balances were a mistake, and only owed if another 12-month policy was needed which was not the case. A few weeks later Allstate’s collections department started calling for money they already had. I recommend shopping around before signing up for anything with this branch.
