Please do not entrust this place with the safety of your children if Robin is still the director. Robin is extremely unprofessional. She leaves the classrooms out of ratio which is why the children get hurt; or don't get their diaper changed. The workers here do not have any experience in taking care of children. There was one employee that actually kicked a child and did not get fired. There was another employee who throw a toy and hit a child in the face and then laughed. She did not get fired. There is no value in the employees That actually work hard and does everything within guidelines and regulation.

Very happy with the staff, supporting our transition to daycare. They all helped with both our child and parental anxiety as we started the daycare journey. So pleased with the progress and support along the way

Absolutely horrid working and childcare conditions. They utterly refuse to obey/observe Dr. orders their employees are giver and give to them. Teachers have to wait for any sort of bathroom relief breaks. The only times the floors were cleaned were when my wife (who worked there and left on good terms) begged me to come in and shampoo her room's carpet. It took me 3-4 times every time I went do to this for her, to get the discharge water not looking like a barn floor. The water was so disgusting, that I wouldn't want my dogs walking on it. They only really "clean up" when they know or think they will have an inspection upcoming, and when it's over, then it's back to business as usual. If parents saw the behind the scenes end of it, they'd pull their children immediately. They wanted business so bad, they'd let kids with covid, siblings back to daycare even after the infected sibling was to to stay home. They overlook behavioral issues with students until parents start complaining, then they start making sure the issue is actually handled with qualified professionals. They change staff what seemed like weekly if not daily. Even when they knew they communicable disease running rampant they refused to shut down until they had too many staff members out due to being sick and couldn't be open due to teacher/child ratios. When my wife was on maternity leave, they literally hired what seemed 10 people who didn't last a week let alone a month. They can't hire qualified staff, and basically their only requirement to work there is have a pulse and be semi-mobile. Some staff are constantly sitting on chairs while on their cell phones, or making small talk, not paying attention to what the children in their care are actually doing. Even the director can hardly be bothered to move around if she's not in her chair. She spent more time in her "office" watching CNN, which you could clearly see through the office window then she did handling issues that were brought to her attention. All entry doors that should be secured for staff and child safety were rarely if ever secured. They were either unlocked or propped open, so anyone could just walk right in, welcomed or not. During my wife's time working there, they had a number of children walk right past the office and out the door into the main parking lot or into the playground in the rear of the facility. They have threatened staff with covid vaccines and if they didn't get them, they'd withhold all earned PTO and basically let parents know via email that any staff members wearing a mask were unvaccinated.

My children attended this daycare briefly. We eventually had to remove them due to having multiple issues. In my opinion, it was the worse daycare that my children have attended.

This is the worst daycare our children have ever been to. My 5 year old would come home complaining that she hadn't received anything to drink all day. I began packing her juice with her name on it, and would find it full in the staff fridge the following morning. Our son pooped in his underwear and they didn't even clean him up, they simply put a diaper on over his soiled underwear. The second time he pooped in his diaper while napping, they didn't clean him, and then lied to my wife about it. His diaper rash was so bad that he was in tears the whole time we cleaned him up. Finally we had enough, we reported the neglect to the state and pulled our children from the center. Your children would receive the same level of care if you locked them in a cage while you were at work.

Extremely clean facility, nice outdoor area for kids to play, reasonable rates. They have really helped to accommodate us in various situations. My son has been here for 6 months and we're very happy with them.

Great staff, prices, and offer part time hours to fit your needs. They are non-profit so you know they are there for the kids and not your money.
