Itook me close to 2 hours on their website just to book an appointment and find someone with the same schedule I wanted. Their system messed up my booking twice of putting it in for 2nd time. Wound up talking to someone and the booking time was still incorrect. I lost my $50 deposit because the lady kept going back and forth the time schedule was incorrect
Not booking here no more!!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a hydro facial at Changes Salon and Spa, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! My aesthetician, Jessie, did an outstanding job. She was incredibly thorough, ensuring every step of the treatment was performed with care and precision.
From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Jessie’s attention to detail and professionalism made me feel completely at ease. My face feels rejuvenated, smooth, and incredibly refreshed. I can already see a noticeable improvement in my skin's texture and appearance.
I highly recommend the hydro facial at Changes Salon and Spa to anyone looking to give their skin a boost. Thank you, Jessie, for such a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be back!

I was a first time customer at Changes. I scheduled online for a same day service. The staff was very welcoming. I had Missy as a stylist. My hair has a weird waviness but I just had to give her a little input into what I needed and I left loving my hair!!!
More importantly... it looks great the next day after washing, without the blow dry and styling. This will definitely be my new place. I am eager to try some of the other services!!

I cannot speak highly enough about Changes! The staff members are incredibly kind and always make you feel welcome. The level of service is truly first class. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm welcome and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your experience is top-notch. It's evident that they prioritize customer satisfaction and make every effort to provide exceptional service. If you haven't experienced Changes yet, I highly recommend giving them a try. You won't be disappointed!

Per their cancellation policy it’s a 24 hour notice :: Just had a friend call with more than a 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment. She was told they were keeping her $100 deposit and that they are changing their policy as of that minute and hung up on her. It was the manager who she was talking to as well. I’ve had services done at this salon in the past and this is Ridiculous and will never recommend anyone to go there again.

I think her name was Rachel and she did an amazing job. Cut my hair the right way the first time. I have a hard time finding someone that can cut my hair once without having to re go over it bc they didn't listen to me when I told them how I want my hair cut. She listened and sis it right the first time. I will definitely be coming back and getting my hair cut here from now on.

Hosted a bachelorette party here! Definitely some pros and cons. This isn’t a huge spa, but they did their best to accommodate our group of 9. My 2 key issues are: that despite knowing of the event for months, they did not ensure they would have enough robes and sandals for everyone, and that we were never told that we would have to quickly leave after the last person finished their service so that the room could be used for a couples massage. Had we known, we would have been getting dressed and packing up, but we were told we had the room and to just kick back and relax. We were also told there would be bottle service particularly for liability reasons but that never happened. We completely served ourselves the entire time and were really never checked on. They also expressed the importance of the paperwork, however most of our services started before paperwork was distributed and I personally was never given any at all. Overall, the services were fantastic, I just think maybe they weren’t as prepared as they thought.

I had a full day of pampering yesterday and it couldn’t have been any better! I started with a massage with Ms Megan and it was perfect, she makes you feel welcome and at home while doing a great massage! I than had my hair colored and cut and a pedicure from Ms Jessie and as always it is perfect! The staff is always warm and friendly and so accommodating!

Darlene is the best! Always pleasant and does an excellent job on my nails! I usually have an idea on colors but Darlene recommends ideas and I'm never disappointed. Pedicures are amazing as well!
