My wife and I decided to re-do the flooring throughout our entire house, Including new stair treads. We came to carpet mart with our flooring selection in mind and Tenille was able to get us a quote within hours of giving them our selection. We have used Carpet Mart for a lot of our products and we will continue to do so, They have and incredible team with a huge selection of products.

The people at Carpet and Tile Mart were very helpful in choosing a rug for our living room. Jessica made the initial sale, and a cheerful young man (whose name I did not get!) courteously took it down and loaded it into our car. But, when we got it home, we found it was a bit too small for our space. We called, and they confirmed that though it was not really their policy, we could return it. So we brought it in, and Jen, a manager, was able to locate the same rug in a bigger size! Then Ned climbed the scissor jack, took it down, wrapped it up, and loaded it for us. Now I realize that each of these people were "just doing their jobs", but it was their very positive, pleasant demeanor that made our experience a great one. We love our new rug!! We would definitely shop there again! Check it out for excellent choices, prices and service!!

Though my husband and I had high hopes, we were sorely disappointed by the service. We wanted our stairs re-carpeted and came in with measurements in hand to order what we needed. When the guy came out to measure our stairs, he agreed with our assessment of how much carpet we needed based on the measurements he took. However, when we heard from our salesman, 4.5' had been added to both our and the employee who measured estimate. We questioned this, and were told it is the standard for all stairs (why bother measuring then?!), but that he would get back to us as we clearly wished to buy only the carpet we NEEDED for the project. A few days later he called. He had reduced the amount by 1.5' of his first estimate, claiming we truly needed that amount of carpet and could go no lower. We paid and had it installed. As we suspected, we now have 2 large rolls of carpet left over! What a complete swindle and rip off, forcing us to buy extra carpet for no reason. Other than that, there were no issues with the instillation process and the end result was good.
UPDATE: They reached out and agreed that based off of how much carpet we had left, that they must have over sold to us and offered us a refund of the difference to make it right. We greatly appreciate their swift response and willingness to work with us.

This was the easiest transaction I have ever done. Within five minutes of sending a message to carpet Mart, they replied with pictures of what I was looking for. The area rug was in stock, and available at an amazing price. They sent me a payment link, and I paid online. The ease of this was great and I appreciate their great customer service.

Dave Venet helped us at Carpet &Tile Mart. He greeted us with a smile, had wonderful customer service and was very very knowledgeable. He helped us find the perfect rug. Casey Miller had great customer service and was quick, hard working and was very helpful. Both had wonderful smiles and the amazing customer service keeps us coming back to Carpet and Tile mart each time we need anything flooring related. I love the knowledge and patience they have. Dave was able to make things easy to understand and was patient with all my questions even though they were close to closing for the day. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I highly recommend both Dave and Casey. I have nothing but good things to say about the Carpet & Tile Mart!

Wanted to replace carpet runner i bought a few yrs ago that was showing signs of wear. Could not find. Store where i purchased originally no longer had it. Spent a few hrs looking online and found nothing. Looked online and started messaging with carpet & tile mart. They found the carpet, getting from manufacturer and i couldn’t be more pleased. In this day and age i was pleasantly surprised that they took the time to find this carpet runner for me. It was such a pleasure.

Giant thank you for our new rugs from the staff of Highland Elementary! Your generosity in donating rugs to teachers was a huge blessing to our school, and your staff went above and beyond by pulling out additional stock when several teachers couldn’t make it until after the event had ended. My floor techs, JJ and Creston, were courteous and helpful, assisting me in finding exactly what I needed for the calming corner in my classroom, and loading the rugs in my van afterwards. Thank you for supporting the teachers in our community, we definitely felt the love on Teacher Appreciation Day!

As a Project Coordinator, I use a lot of different venders for my sections and orders. James was by far one of the best sales reps I’ve dealt with. He wasn’t pushy, understood what my customers were looking for and assisted me with finding suitable replacements for what they picked within their budget. I highly recommend Carpet and Tile Mart and will definitely be using them more in the future.

We were at Carpet & Tile Mart in Mechanicsburg for their annual carpet giveaway for teachers. They planned on giving out free carpets to the first 50 teachers, but turnout was much higher. They were very organized and super nice and ended up giving a quality carpet to everyone in line, probably 100 people. Thank you for supporting local teachers!!
