Boost Mobile in Mechanicsburg on Simpson Ferry has the most professional and caring people iñ that store. Tiffany and Carlos helped us with information on all the phones available. We actually changed phone providers. They actually transferred all my information to the new phone. We also got a watch, they did all the watch set up and showed us a lot of new features. They are great. If you are wanting someone to care about you after the sale go to Tiffany and Carlos they make sure you are happy.

My daughter and myself, had an issue connecting my daughters phone, even though we had boost infinities, Hope went above and beyond to get us online. She is an asset to the company. Thanks again Hope. Jim Moyer

I visited the store yesterday to upgrade two lines and the store manager on duty was awesome! I just want to give her a shout out on good customer service!!! It’s a little further drive for me but if I ever need to visit a boost store again I will be visiting the location on Simpson Ferry Rd!! Thank you :)
