Had a great experience with Jen! Her and the rest of the team makes you feel at home and no pressure sales. We have bought 3 trucks, 4 runner and now the Sequoia. Never have a problem with them or the garage for maintenance.

This review is pretty long overdue, but because I continue to receive unsolicited communication from this dealership after having not done business with them for half a decade, I felt it was probably time to share my experience.
Went in and bought a Tacoma during Covid. Pretty normal experience upfront, but it went down hill pretty quick when I tried to negotiate the price. I learned later that the technique they employ is specifically designed to confuse customers and is spelled out in article after article online as major “red flags” to look for in a dealership.
When I tried to negotiate the price, the salesperson refused to negotiate in terms of the price of the actual vehicle and instead would only refer to the “monthly payment”. She kept reiterating “oh that’s not how it works with car sales” to which I questioned why I had bought multiple cars without this experience. She used a series of excuses including Covid and other nonsense that really didn’t add up, and then said “if you don’t want the car I’ll sell it to someone else today. These sell themselves.”
Unfortunately because it was Covid and I was in a bind for a new vehicle, I had to accept the offer. Truck had a recall within the first year, had issues with acceleration that should have been diagnosed during the trade in process/“safety inspection” and was ultimately a pretty serious disappointment.
If this was the last Toyota dealership on earth, I’d buy a Honda. Your mileage may vary.

What I appreciated about the Rahal experience
I bought a 2023 Highlander Hybrid at MSRP. The buying process was mostly positive and I really appreciated Gregg keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle. I also very much appreciated Jackie in the finance department: She found the absolute best finance rate for me and did not try to pressure me into packages that I did not want. It was the best experience I have had in any dealership’s finance department. Kudos to Jackie for that!
What I did NOT appreciate about the Rahal experience
I believe my sales consultant and his manager certainly low-balled me on my trade-in knowing well that my Corolla was worth much more. I quoted the Kelly Blue Book trade-in value to the sales consultant and he insisted that it was an inflated value. However the listing for my trade-in on the Rahal website was over $10,000--well over what they claimed they could sell it for. When negotiating I specifically asked whether Rahal wanted to sell me one car, or whether they wanted to build a long-term relationship. It appears that they preferred to sell one car. I value integrity and fairness and therefore will not be doing any further business with Rahal.
I have not returned to Rahal for any maintenance and I definitely will not encourage my friends, family or neighbors to do business with Rahal. That's a shame as my experience was pretty much outstanding but all NEGATED by a trade-in EXPLOIT.
I hope this feedback is taken into consideration in future dealings with customers.

Update to 10 month ago same issue.
The techs lied about the condition of the vehicle. Claiming silicone around an Intake duct (completely by choice & removable without even a stain) and a sensor "clip " to be broken when it was simpley unclipped. And 2 sensors unused (used in another module and there from dealer) were damages that wouldn't allow them to replace a failing fan and ecu.!! Last summer the vehicle was in for the exact reasons and there was no issue at all.
This business always avoids warranties, and blames everything other than the vehicle. I have never had one good experience with this dealer or their techs that can't diagnose a simple circuit competently.

This time around I have a rav 4 that over heats intermittently. The fan visibly doesn't turn, under a basic ohms & resistance test the fan fails to hold tolerance specs found in the Toyota manuals.
The dealers technician didn't test this,they simply looked at the computer history and then claim they diagnosed it. They follow all these poor diagnosis skill by making rude accusations that the the vehicle had been in a wreck 13 thousand miles ago.

The service advisors that I had were very rude & unhelpful & denied me tests starlting "we can't test transmission fluid levels
The way these dealers avoid honoring their warranties is disturbing and disgusting. The level of us professional care that comes from this specific dealir is horribly upsetting. I wouldn't trust a car bought or serviced here past my next door neighbor.
You read through their reviews and 90% of them are sales related where they have to reflect a sense of caring. Why are there no reviews posted or left on this page? Even my firstb1 star review was omitted.

Was told by the service front desk that they would leave my my truck open if I came to pick it up that night after 6:30. I made the 30 minute trip out there, the door to my vehicle was locked so it was a complete waste of time. Bobby Rahal has always been a great place but I am disappointed with this service visit.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership!!!
This is coming from someone who would rather go for a root canal than shop for a vehicle.
No pressure & no gimmicks on the front end or on the back end of the deal!
Can not recommend highly enough these two gentleman and Bobby Rahal Toyota…
If we are to buy another Toyota again this will be the first place we look!
