Called about getting a quote for new vehicle. Got the quote however none were in stock. Okay no biggie asked about trade value not even a response back. Manager called several days later to ask if we had any questions I said well you didn't get back to us on the trade. He was like well we didn't have your car so why bother. Your right that is why we are going to Harrisburg dealership who got back to us and purchasing there. I would not recommend this dealership.

Will not cut aftermarket keys for some reason...Faulkner cut the same key no problem!

Both my Civic and Accord were inspected for routine inspection and safety issues. My service advisor was very helpful. The facilities were excellent. The coffee while I waited was great!

This dealership along with 18 of their other dealerships discriminate against you for where you live! Unless you live in Pennsylvania they will NOT sell any vehicle to you! This is discrimination and they should be shut down for this!

I hope the lady testing driving your vehicle doesn't buy from you guys seeing how she was test driving it and left her in the middle of the carlisle pike.. stranded:) thats really sad. new 2020ish jeep. just died. I'll definitely neverrr get from you after that. even more so how you sent a man who couldn't even help her and my husband had to help him.? thats fantastic lol

The service center in Mechanicsburg has absolute dishonest people with poor work ethics. I have been using this location for my multiple vehicles for a while now and I had great experience with them until I got ripped off recently. I am not sure if they are trying to make up lost business because of the Covid but now it is just horrible. They replaced my 8 months old battery(mft warranty one year) with a Honda certified battery because of a starting issue and when the same issue happened again after 3 weeks(with the new battery) they cited another issue that was causing the starting issue and wanted to replace another part for additional cost. Every time they say the same words "We stand by our work" without providing any documentation of the failed battery test from the old one. We will be selling both our Hondas in near future and move on to Tesla or Ford.....As some wise person once said "Dishonest people never succeed they just show their true colors and teach a good lesson". I will not Be recommending this place or any other Bobby Rahal anymore to anyone I know.
