Buying a car from Bobby Rahaul was absolutely pleasant! I am AAP certified as a Quality Assurance Manager and I would grade this company and A! Effort, Pride, Communication, and especially, Excellent Customer Service was noted as a number one goal that they aim for! Any business that values each and every customer, is a place that you would want to be! I traveled 2 hours away from my home, to purchase a vehicle without even seeing it or test driving it! The customer service skills from everyone at this location is top notch! As a QA, I truly appreciate great customer service because for a living, I am the one on who makes sure companies provide it on a daily basis! Of course every place may have a hiccup or two, as reason I didn’t grade it an A+, but overall, if you are looking for an Acura, Bobby Rahal is the place to be!!

Brittany helped my wife pick her ideal car. She wanted a red RDX and the color really pops. Great communication and very transparent with the entire transaction. Happy family here. Rahal definitely is one of the best dealer networks around the area.

Brittany Crawford did a phenomal job with our trade and sale. She was very flexible and patient with us as we had our 2 yr old with us for both visits. Brittany and Ragene both were fantastic to work with! They are really batting 1000 at Rahal Acura.

we bought a certified used car from Phil. He is an excellent car salesman with the knowledge of the car and no pressure sales. He wanted to make sure we got the car we needed not the car he was trying to sell. we bought the car a few hours after we left the dealership.
we previously owned acuras and are glad to come back for service!

Recently purchased an Acura RDX and I absolutely love it!! Brittany was the best, and she was super helpful with everything in the process. Definitely recommend not only an Acura, but going to see Brittany if you are interested in one. She will take care of everything and is superb at her job!

Stopped by looking to test drive an Integra 6-speed, but was told that they aren’t allowing test drives unless I’m confident in making the purchase because the manual version is rare. Sir, it’s not a Porsche nor is it a BMW M series car, it’s a nicer version of a Honda Civic. I’m sure there are folks out there willing to consider purchasing a vehicle which they have never driven, however I’m not one of them. In order for me to even consider myself purchasing and owning a specific vehicle, I need to be able to drive it first.
My family has purchased several vehicles from Bobby Rahal in the past and this is the first time I’ve ever been denied like this by any car dealership.
For reference, I’m 37 years old and make a 6 figure salary. Sorry, y’all lost my potential business. Will shop elsewhere if I decide to go with an Acura in the future.
Only reason for giving more than one star is that the salesman was polite when explaining the absurd policy.

Since the 80's, my goto place whenever I purchase a car is Bobby Rahal, Acura, Honda, Toyota and Lexus. I've owned them all and have never had a bad experience with this company or this product. I've had the pleasure of experiencing different sales agents over the years and they never disappoint, Brittany Crawford at the Acura store was no exception. She was personable and knowledgeable. She ensured that we had a seemless transaction through the entire process. We traded my wifes 2010 Lexus Rx350 for a 2019 Honda CRV. She absolutely loves the car.
