Was set on buying a 55in Samsung to replace the older model we currently had. Store associate Ronnie had suggested the 55in Sony Bravia as an alternative once he learned I was using a PS5. I was hesitant but trusted his knowledge. And I couldn't be happier with his suggestion. Thank you, Ronnie:)

Husband and I was just there to buy a tv guy that was to get tv pond it off to another then both guys stop waiting on us to help young lady and her husband to get their tv. So we had to wait until they were done with them before helping us. Next time those guys will never get my business or I may go elsewhere

Buy electronics anywhere but here. I bought a faulty Phone from here and they refused a return or exchange and said I had to bring it up with the device manufacturer. I ended up trading in the faulty device elsewhere but ultimately I was out $600 for a device that was sold to me broken. Terrible customer service and geek squad doesn't know up from down.

Never Believe a word from any staff or even the manager(s) at the Mechanicsburg PA BestBuy store. No more honesty or customer service. So sad! Then we say Amazon is hurting the brick and mortar stores. Here I am Supporting my local store and Getting treated like no customer deserves to be treated. Thanks BestBuy - keep up the good work ?By the way, I just drove to Staples and got the same items for $26.99. It was $54.99 at BestBuy! Can you believe this BestBuy corporate?

Wandered around in home theater area for 30 minutes without assistance. I love Best Buy, but had to leave and order from Amazon. I miss Circuit City. Because they were on commission, you never had to wait.

This location is nice and appeared to be well stocked except for the PC gaming section that had many empty locations. There was only one register open and the employee was helping the same customer for about ten minutes with what appeared to be maybe a returned item. As the line continued to get longer the employee at the door asked if anyone in line was there for a pick up. After confirming that nobody in line was there for a pickup and we all needed to checkout he simply walked back to his spot at the door. I was the first person in line so I'm sure the people behind me ended up waiting much longer than I did. There were multiple other employees walking around. Opening another register would've improved the experience for me and the long line behind me.
