My experience in Best Buy was fantastic. Shout out to Kaleb for helping me understand what kind of tv I was buying and making sure I was taken care of. I never got a survey but his help was 5 stars. Make sure Geek Squad are the ones doing tv install, not the third party.

Great service from nice young man in Mechanicsburg store. Unfortunately he did not verify my address and sent my purchase to the wrong address; in Michigan!!! I contacted them by their Chat feature and they were very nice. I explained what happened and to correct the problem, they sent my purchase to Michigan again!!! I gave them the correct address in the Chat. It seems people are not trained to listen and are not given the tools to fix the problem. "You didn't get your purchase, no problem, click", sent you another.

I didn’t get a survey, but I still wanted to share my experience! I had some of the best customer service here! I walked in not really having an idea about my camera’s SD card information. I asked one of the blue shirt employees, Tyler, if he could help me find the right SD card for it. Tyler looked up my camera’s information and found one that could work. He even let me try the card after purchasing it and allowed me to make the returns if the card didn’t work. My camera did end up working all thanks to him! He was incredibly kind and patient! Super appreciate him and his help! Definitely will be back!

Went to this store to buy multiple products. Customer service is very poor. There are lot of blue shirts but no body has body language, interest to help. They walk fast by you as if you are not visible even after putting two requests for help. I m not sure if there is anything more important that they have to do than helping a customer waiting in the middle of the store.
Finally got an associate that offered to help if I m ready to buy. At this point, I felt why should I even I buy here. Bought one product and got out of there. It’s sad that they could nt sell what they have. Poorly managed. I ordered my tab and accessories from else where.

Their customer service is horrible. I scheduled my appointment the agent THAT GAVE ME THE FAKE NAME RAGE was very incompetent and unprofessional. Took him 40 minutes to find my sn when I already told him I had it I waited all that time just for him to say he didn’t know what was wrong with my device or how to fix it.

I would never recommend to anyone to buy open box items from this store. I've now bought 2 of the same items within a week and now I gotta return the item again. I've bought 2 different excellent condition xbox elite 2 controllers. They had it listed as it is like straight out of the box all buttons works ect. The first controller the LB button wouldn't work now this controller the RB button won't work. It seems like they barely checked it to make sure it would work. If I'm going to buy a excellent condition controller I'd atleast expect it to work like it should work if I would buy it brand new. Now I have to return this controller. Who ever is in charge of making sure the products work before putting them out as open box needs to be talked to because at this point it's annoying and a waste of my time.

They tried to tell my mother that you can use normal batteries in the household phone because they didn't care to help her
they were all just standing around doing absolutely nothing
They seem not to care that we needed help, so we took our business elsewhere.

I like how open the layout is of the store. I never feel crowded, and the prices of items are often either the same as competitors or sometimes a little lower. There are also chances that you can get refurbished or open-box phones at a good discount from the prices that they would be brand new, and I haven't gotten junk from doing so. It's also a store that takes electronics for recycling, which is why I stop there more often than not.
