As I can see... the General manager has issues with listening! She doesn't listen to her workers or her clients! She never listens!

I had my 4Runner front bumper previously repaired by Car Star Fred bean , just few weeks later, the bumper started peeling off by each day it was getting worse.
And when I had to go back to them asking them to fix it they wouldn’t take it , the manager there (G) started accusing my tires , saying it’s your tires making this bumper not stay , I couldn’t believe such an irrational approach!!
Even for me who’s not a professional in car dealership I wouldn’t think that way especially after telling him that my tires have been on the car for more than 2 years !!
But I thank Gloria the Manager at Autobodies by Lucas ,a very wonderful lady, they really do work here with perfection !!after my insurance (State Farm )came in , my car was assessed there and she made it fixed correctly ,all the mess caused by Car Star !!
And the interesting part is that the bill was send to to car star.
Just because they would listen to the customer!!

Wonderful people who really take care of your auto with perfection. They do great work, I was really pleased. I drive past here all the time & the lot is always full with autos to be repaired or are completed. I will definitely take my car here again!

Lucas auto body is great company with great staff. Recently our Veteran's group had a member who was in desperate need of transportation. After some fund raising efforts, we were able to purchase a car. This car was mechanically sound but need some TLC for the interior. Lucas auto body came to the rescue and was able to detail the vehicle and make it look new. From all of our Veterans, I want to thank the manager, Gloria, and her staff for their superb work!

Super friendly staff! Excellent service! Steady communication, with updates throughout the entire project! Very pleased with the end results! Expert craftsmanship restored our car even better than it looked pre-crash!

Excellent service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future if necessary. I was updated and informed on every step of the way. The work was done in less time than expected and they took the time to explain what they did. Perfect!!! I can't even tell it had ever been hit.

I wish I could give double stars. I've now taken two vehicles here, and each time I was impressed not just with their prowess and efficiency, but by their kindness as well. Getting a car repaired shouldn't be something you can characterize as a "pleasant experience" and yet that's exactly what I've found both times I've availed myself of their establishment. I hope I'll never have to see them again, of course, but I also know that if (when) I do, I won't have anything to worry about. If you need a car repaired, I truly cannot recommend Lucas enthusiastically enough. Absolutely wonderful.

These guys did amazing work on my Chevrolet Tahoe. They kept us up to date on the progress when they unexpectedly required a part that would delay the tow. They also helped communicate with the rental company when they didn’t show up on time as expected, saving me the hassle entirely. They did such a great job repairing the damage to the back rear of my SUV and also even touched up a spot from another incident that they didn’t have to for no cost. We will be lifelong customers!

get text updates saying vehicle will be completed by a certain date and they blame getting parts late when they sent several texts after they recieved the parts! manager is as rude as it gets and continues to talk over people and not listen to what is being said and makes assumptions because she doesnt shut her mouth and listen.

Initial visit and estimate wentnvery well. The process and repairs were explined well. Fortunately, this shop works with my insurance, so any change orders will go directly to them.

The people who helped me were very professional and answered every question I had about my car. Turned out my car is totalled so they called a rental company who dropped off a car. I will certainly recommend Autobodies by Lucas to my friends.
