“If I could give Chad 1,000 stars for his support and professionalism I would!! I was recently car shopping with my mom to get her something a bit newer with better technology, safety features and reliability. Chad really took the time to listen to what she was looking for in her next car and was able to make some recommendations based on what she needed. He took the time to test drive multiple cars with her and knew all the different details and features on each car. She ultimately ended up loving the first car she test drove and bought it the next day. Throughout the whole process Chad was unbelievably professional and very knowledgeable. “I bought a car from the dealership and I am very please with the car but also the process. Eldar was very helpful, professional and kind. I didn't even see the car in person because I live in New York. One of his colleagues drove the car up and was very professional when closing all of the paperwork. Lexie was also very helpful throughout the process.
The only thing is that I needed to have a front plate because I am in NY and I will have to do the holes myself.
Overall it was a pleasure dealing with the team. It makes a difference from dealing with other dealers of brands like BMW or Mercedes.”
