I have had issues with a lot of other dentists in the past degrading me instead of helping me hence my dental issues. I went to Aspen dental and they have been nothing but amazing. I had a scaling done a few weeks ago and i could feel the one area and the tech had no issues giving me more novacaine. Also, not 5 stars because it's hard to get someone on the phone, however I have a tooth that is bothering me and they were great about getting me in rather quickly. I keep going back because they don't degrade me about me teeth. They just help me get what I need to get fixed and move on.

First time at this location and it went smoothly. Everyone from staff to dentists were very informative and listened to my issues I was having and came up with a plan to resolve them!

Everyone there is very nice explain things the doctor that did the scan could have been a little kinder not so rough otherwise it was a good experiment

I have encountered several issues with this office. I've been waiting for a callback regarding a visit charge that I didn't have, and I'm still waiting for that callback. Additionally, I've had problems with the implants they've done for me, as they have broken for the second time. The receptionist has given me the runaround, citing system issues and promising callbacks that never come. When I called back today, no apology was offered for the lack of follow-up. Instead, I was told to contact other offices to see if they could help me. This back-and-forth is frustrating, and I made it clear that I will be lodging a formal complaint. I was informed that the information would be passed on to the manager, but I have no idea when I'll hear back.I have contacted my insurance company, and they have provided me with forms to submit a written complaint. Before I fill out the complaint form, I will attempt to address my concerns in person in the hopes of receiving better service. However, if the service remains subpar, I will not hesitate to file the complaint. It's disappointing to have spent a significant amount of money at this office only to be treated as if my business doesn't matter.

Got in for an appointment for my wisdom’s through online cuz you couldn’t get anyone on the phone. The appointment itself was fine but they gouged me in the price to have my wisdoms removed even after running my insurance. They gave me a number to call to set up the surgery and said to leave a message and someone would return my call. That was a week ago and no return call. Luckily I called around and got in elsewhere and had my procedure done yesterday for 600 dollars less. Good thing I didn’t wait sround

What a racket. They told me I was getting one thing then they gave me another and said I had to pay $500 for a cleaning if I wanted what they were supposed to give me in the first place. Awful, only care about charging you for stuff that doesn’t make sense. I do not recommend at all. If I could give a zero I would.

The scheduled time of my appointment was 12 noon. At roughly 12:20 the gal working the front desk acknowledged my presence and gave me an iPad to fill out my medical history. I was finally called back for my exam at 12:45’ish. They had time to do quick X-rays and a few minute exam prior to office closing at 1:00 pm for lunch. I will be transferring the X-rays my insurance company paid for to a real dentist who values me, my time and simply has the professionalism and allows time for scheduled appointments.

Girl at the counter ignored us when we checked in and finally looked at us and said kurtly you can go sit down I'm working on an application. At least she could have said sorry for keeping you waiting. Then the person taking xrays had no patience. We are seniors and do not hear so well. When she had to repeat herself she huffed and shook her head. I let her know about that. And so should you.
