Very rude, hung up on me on the phone after I left 4 voice messages because I needed to know some information before I dropped my truck off for our appointment tomorrow, two weeks of trying to get a hold of them prior to my appointment because I needed to ask a question before I dropped my truck off and the front office manager hangs up the phone and is nasty, meanwhile the mechanic Patrick never returned my call for two weeks. I have recordings of the situation for anyone that wants to hear it

This was the first time I used Alfaro Service Center. When I arrived Patrick was outside. He came right over, diagnosed my issue and has my vehicle pulled into the garage within 5-10 minutes. As he and he mechanic went over/worked on my repair he explained every step and what needed to be done to rectify the issues. They also discovered an issue created by another shop and repaired that as well. Extremely professional and friendly service. Would recommend them to anyone.
