I noticed at the register I got the wrong type of an item so I pressed the help button. They turned it off from somewhere else without helping me. A lady who worked there passed me twice. I even called out to her. No help. Eventually I went back, got the correct item, did the exchange myself (same price, no loss on either end) put the item with my others on the bagging side, paid and left. Rude!

Aldi may well be one of the best kept secrets in the grocery store industry. If you are tired of trips for groceries breaking the budget, give Aldi a try. It is a little tight to move around, they will ask you to use a quarter to use a shopping cart so that you will return the cart, saving you and them money (you get the quarter back when you replace the cart),PLUS they will not have some items you want, so you may need to make a second stop elsewhere, but the cost savings ,in my opinion,will justify any issues.

First you move to self checkout and then you take the scanning guns away that makes it easier to deal with the heavier items? Really, Aldi? I’m definitely not a fan. Maybe Walmart is worth the extra few bucks to have them shop for me… Love the quality of food at Aldi’s, but definitely not happy about the cuts to customer service that they’re making lately. ??????

Love any chocolate cake or candy that has belgium or german chocolate on it, in it, or around it. Buy all my peanut butter there for my squirrels and myself. They like the chunky. I prefer the creamy. The produce is reasonably priced too. But the imported chocolate!!!!!!!! You'd think it was out of this world. But no, its German or Belgium.
