We were in the store Sunday after church, it's always a little busy.
First no carts, so we each grabbed a basket, no big deal.
Then when we were using the SELF check out this older lady who was working kept looking at us. We put both baskets under the ledge by the register. She came up to us and was very rude and said "You" put your baskets back over there. It doesn't sounds like a big request but it was the approach and how it was said.
I said back, I'm ringing up my own food, bagging it and putting my own basket back, what is stocking selves the next thing.
I normally wouldn't say anything back about her simple request but again it was the approach and how it was said.

Being Canadian it was confusing trying to get to know the American layout at first. It's amazing how many flavors they have that we never see of so many things! Total tourist taking pictures of groceries to prove that these varieties exist! Lol

Absolutely terrible experience with online ordering over the 4th of July holiday. I purchased six lawn chairs online and paid to have them delivered to my house. Upon arrival, I realize that the quality of the chairs was lacking considerably. I returned all chairs to the Walmart stood in line for a long time, when I reach the desk and provided them the "returns are easy" barcode, I was told there was a glitch in the system and that they could not return the chairs and you would have to give me store credit. I stood there and argued with the management team for quite some time before finally giving up and taking a store credit. Incredibly disappointed with Walmart and feel like I was forced to spend my money with this store. Returns are not easy. They're cumbersome and frustrating and everyone should do themselves a favor and continue to shop on Amazon.

We just moved up near Meadville and my husband is foreign and was wearing dirty work clothes,since we were doing some landscaping work at our new home. We ran to Walmart to pick up some things. The old lady at the shelf check out was eyeing him like a hawk, like he was going to steal the items.I watched her rude behavior,then I walked over to help him,and her demeanor changed. She backed off. The same day,we ran back for mulch. The young men loading the mulch were very kind, but they miscounted by three bags we discovered,after returning home. So,we had to make another trip. My husband decided to buy more mulch. There were a few reduced bags. He bought 10. They only had 8. The old cross eye lady and the young rotund girl working in the garden department acted like he was a thief.She went over to ask how many bags were reduced to an employee and tracked me down when I passed by,insisting that I owe her two dollars for the mulch,because out of ten bags,only 8 were reduced.. I paid it,and my husband came back into the store to tell them he only got 8 bags,but I had already paid. I seriously DO NOT appreciate the employees treating my husband like a thief when we spend a lot of money there. Usually,the Walmart is fine there but after this experience,I am not very happy with some of the shoddy employees. I am offended by the atrocious way that they treated my husband. NOTE: I had to inconveniently go into the store to customer service,because the Garden Department girl didn't know how to do it. When I went in, the Customer service lady gave half back. I explained I needed a complete refund. She looked at the other employee working and kind of rolled her eyes, like I was inconveniencing her. Must have been a bad day for the employees there or something........when I came out from dealing with customer service,that's when the old lady was waiting to ask me for the $2,since she wrongly thought my husband was stealing mulch. Honestly,if there were other shopping options,I'd never go here again,but the choices are limited here, unfortunately.

I felt this store was so helpful, we couldn't find things and the staff was always willing to stop and help. Plenty of parking and even when its crowded, it's not bad.
