Just a REALLY amazing staff & shipping service. I do go to Dropoff my Amazon & UPS returns in person numerous times per week bc it is easier than pickup. Staff is super fast, friendly, efficient. My local UPS delivery teams are incredible. Tight turnaround driveway at my parents home where I ship things regularly & our guy even if he has to walk the driveway is always professional, GREAT attitude & my packages arrive in perfect condition 10/10 times. I’m used to great service in Virginia, so I’m happy to find UPS in Meadville doing such an outstanding job. From me to you, thank you!!

It's always busy when I have to ship something there. Often they only have one person at the desk and the line is quite long. Aside from that, they're very courteous and professional and move through the line as quickly as they can

Been told for 4 days now that my packages. was out for delivery. Now they've got 3 and seem to refuse to deliver or drop off so I can pick up. Customer service is horrible. Can't hear or understand them

Poor customer service. Was told they could scan a package after driving there from another location that they would be able to just to find out they couldn't. 30 minutes to get there just to get nothing done.

I live on the outskirts of Meadville and every time I schedule a package pickup they never knock on my door. They just leave a label and leave. Then I have to take my package 2 miles into town to a drop off box. I don't drive wich is why I schedule pickups and deliveries. I don't understand how hard is it to knock on a door. Please do better
