A nice self checkout lady made sure that I didn't need any assistance finding anything, while Bob and the other associates got the details as to what I needed. I let him know I was looking for the cheapest drill they had and Bob instantly answered with the exact price. The individual on the lift was ready to undo his harness to acquire the item for me. Instead, Bob just grabbed it, and I was on my way.
