“Went in for the cheapest drill possible and two associates (one by the name of Bob, didn't catch the others name) had the section I needed to access blocked off by a lift. A nice self checkout lady made sure that I didn't need any assistance finding anything, while Bob and the other associates got the details as to what I needed. I let him know I was looking for the cheapest drill they had and Bob instantly answered with the exact price. The individual on the lift was ready to undo his harness to acquire the item for me. Instead, Bob just grabbed it, and I was on my way. These two associates made the minor inconvenience of the isle being blocked off go extremely smooth, and were very knowledgeable on the product and the price. Thank you guys! Keep killing the game.”
