Terrible. Offer free items with sale that are never in stock at any store. Really. Rain check was worthless. Poor business practice.

My husband wanted me to pick up hooks for his tractor. I'm not familiar with tools so I asked the cashier and he was knowledge as to where it was. Harbor freight staff in Meadville are helpful and friendly
