There is nothing like doing business with a locally owned business!
The refrigerator at our cottage died last week. On Saturday morning I went to Flicks to see what they had in stock, and to discuss delivery and removal of the old unit.
The sales help was great - the listened to my requirements and showed me several fridges that would meet our need. I bought the unit and paid for delivery and removal of the old unit. They could fit me in on Wednesday for delivery. When I was driving back to our cottage, they called me to say that their delivery team could deliver right away - as they knew we were in desperate need.
Getting the new unit from our parking area into our cottage entailed going down a 10% grade, on a rough gravel path for about 30 yard and then up a narrow walkway to the kitchen door.
The delivery team made this look easy. They carefully removed the old unit and installed the new one - ensuring that no debris was left. The new unit is working great!

First time working with Flick's instead of the big box stores. What a great experience. Bryan was very easy to work with and communicated with me on the level that I needed. I knew what appliance I wanted but he asked the right questions to confirm all the details about color, features, etc.
Bryan helped walked me through a couple of steps to put down the down payment to get the order started and sent me a guide to measure our space for the date of install. The product wasn't available locally but he was able to source this quickly and had scheduled the install a few days later.
The installer came and was very polite. I had made a mistake about whether our appliance was hardwired but the installer was able to pivot and installed an outlet for me. What a relief having a really expert installation process.
We're very happy for the experience and will be working with Flick's again in the future when we need appliances and we'll be joining the chorus of people who always have good things to say about them. Thank you, Bryan, and installer (sorry, I forgot your name but you were awesome!) and Flick's!

My 89 year old father needed to buy a new refrigerator. I told him to buy local and he went to Flicks.. the salesperson understood my dad's needs and got him what he wanted and no pressure to buy. Next day, the fridge was delivered by 2 gentleman to his house with prompt delivery. Thank you and your staff for stree free sale and service!

Just purchased a Speed Queen TR5 washer and couldn't be happier! Salesperson was highly knowledgeable and provided useful information regarding the product without any pressure. Due to work schedules, our visit was a little close to closing time, but we were treated like it was nine in the morning. We were not rushed. Excellent experience. Highly recommend Flick's!

We bought all of our our kitchen appliances at Flicks 5 years ago, all are running GREAT! We JUST purchased a washer dryer set for us, and a washer for my mother, they were delivered yesterday...I couldnt of had a better delivery experience, Bryan and Brett were very professional, conscientious and helpful...I have nothing but praise for Flicks and their staff!

We have purchased several appliances from Flicks and always have a positive experience. Recently we took delivery of a washer and dryer for our new laundry room. The delivery guys were exceptionally proficient and did an outstanding job. Since the dryer was venting through the floor, it required extra care in setting the dryer in place. It went very well. And they never complained about the rain!

We had just purchased a new freezer from flicks and they are great to deal with and was very happy with the service we had gotten there but as my luck goes the new freezer quit working and we had a full freezer called them Thursday morning at 9:00 am and they had sent a service man out with in the hour found my compressor was bad and with in the hour we had another brand new freezer here and the guys removed the bad one and installed the new on the are fantastic they made sure we was covered and all our food was safe. Thanks guys your great!!!!!

We purchased a GE profile double oven from Flicks. They matched an online price for us. The oven came in quickly and the installers were great. They were very professional and worked quickly. They cleaned up when done and took the old oven with them.
