Definitely going to be my new vet for my dog. Extremely informative, kind, welcoming, and great prices. About 1/4th of the price of my previous vet. You can use their online portal to see records, and get reminders about appointments/vaccines. I’m very pleased with my visit!

I have been with this clinic for years but there are things this current vet cannot do. Spaying a dog over 50 pounds and couldn’t do an eye surgery. Wanted to send me to a ophthalmologist veterinarian which would cost a lot more for a simple eye tuck. Also made me wait hours for a Rx that I was told would be on file if it was needed. The script was not in the file. I made a special trip in from being on vacation and waited hours for ointment for eye. Found another local vet that could do the eye surgery and spay the same day. Might as well change vets if this vet can’t do what is needed.

I would not take an animal to this clinic in an emergent situation or in any situation. The staff was nice but never fully checked out our cat and didnt investigate to give us answers of what was going on either. I regret not leaving with our cat, their suggestions was to put him down. When faced with this and not have an answer why, it feels like we put an animal down for no reason. As I reflect on that day, it just seemed very rushed and many tests that should have been done was not!

I take my cats routinely to the Humane society clinic. Staff is friendly, patient and thorough. Doesn't hurt that the fees are much more reasonable than other local vet practices. One of my two cats even looks forward to her visit. 5 stars all the way!

I love this place but I want to know why Tonya and Michael Reed could not take their cat to the veterinary office that their cat is a patient with? Instead your slandering area offices.

Had a veterinary emergency and were told that because our handsome guy wasn't a patient, they couldn't see him. Sadly, he passed away on our way to Cleveland (the closest clinic that would see him). Animal well being is obviously not a priority here. You bring shame and embarrassment to the Meadville community. Good job.

Had an appointment at 3:30, arrived 3:20, they did not let me check in until 4:10. No regards to the client and patient waiting over hhr and not even told me what was going on. I complained and was told that was not their problem. One vet assistant told me my cat tried to eat her face since she did not behave calmly. May be she had an issue with animals not being liked.

I love this place. They take great care of my dogs. Thorough exams when I take them in for the price. They show love, care & compassion for your pets. I had to take my best friend of 17 years (Chandler) in to be put down, which was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. They allowed her body to be left there so the funeral home could just pick her up there for cremation. A couple days later I received a sympathy card in the mail they all had signed & a beautiful poem, which is now framed & sitting next to her urn to remind me that it was something that I had to do & not my fault. Don’t want to ruin my phone with all these tears now, so I think I’ve said enough about how wonderful they are. If I could rate them more than 5⭐️ I would! They deserve it!!

We dropped off a dog that someone from work gave to my daughter. It was heartbreaking. People who leave stray cats and keep these giant dogs down town..well, its inappropriate. We moved from an area that was relatively clean as far as stray pets, Meadville gets angry if you show concern for wild dogs that might be running the streets.

They used the incorrect gender for 2 of my cats withing 4 days of each other and mixed up one of them with another patient that was being seen, which could have ended very badly if they both weren't being seen for vaccines. I have a background in the veterinary sciences and my experiences at this clinic goes against everything I have learned. This is one of the most unprofessional places I've ever seen.
