Amazing experience, great staff who are there to help and provide excellent service.Recently had a small bumper incident and their management and details team went to great extend to make things right and showcased their quality of work. Debbie, the manager here is so rude. She cut me off at every sentence and we were just having a normal conversation. I've had multiple memberships here and I've always loved Classics, but her attitude and lack of customer service skills really threw me in the loop.

I've been taking my Jaguar here since I bought her in 2018, they have regularly done the wax and clay treatments, plus regular washes. Everyone is so friendly and they really do a great job. I love the gift shop and miss the cafe. I will miss going to Robertsville.
