I bought a 2008 jeep compass may of 2021 had a month and half and the transmission went in it. Took them over 3 months to fix took me 2 weeks to get a loner which was a 2001 Honda Civic with over 200,000 miles on it. Then 4 months later the transmission went again took them about a month and half to fix it and while it was there had it inspected which cost me over $800. Now the engine is knocking and had it towed there and now they won't give a loner to get back forth to work. Oh yeah when I got it inspected I had to take it back because they forgot to put a sticker on it. Worst by here pay here place I have ever been to. And for this guy to be a Christian and sell junk vehicles. No wonder people turn away from God

I wouldn't reccomend this dealership to Adolf Hitler himself. The customer service may be enough to get us by, but the knowledge just isn't there. New management may solve that issue, who knows. We've been through the wringer with them for many months now.

I needed to schedule an appointment for a state inspection, due at the end of August. I called on August 3 and they had an opening first thing the next day. I came into town and dropped it off thinking that since I only have one vehicle I'd be spending the large part of my morning in town. I walked downtown for breakfast at the Downtown Mall Bistro (see my review there) and in just over an hour my vehicle was ready to be picked up. The state inspection was reasonably priced. Try these guys out, you won't regret it.

AMAZING SERVICE!!My tire blew out of 79 so we put on a replacement. Went to Flynn's next door and they told me it wouldn't be ready until end of the day. Went to carpenters and took me right away! They had a used tire for my car and put it in 30 minutes!! The staff was so friendly and helpful. And it cost me under $50 for a used tire and they put it on, they also put air in my replacement tire and put my trunk back together. The staff was super helpful and it was some of the best service I have ever received! I wished I lived in Meadville because I would go there for all my car needs, unfortunately I live in Pittsburgh. 11/10 would recommend!!

I can highly recommend Jeff and Carpenter’s for the work they do downtown. They were the only shop willing to do some spot welding for a reasonable about. Very fair with labor charges. Will continue to do business with them.

Jeff and his crew at Carpenter's makes it incredibly easy to get maintanice done on your car. I needed my oil changed and on short notice they got me in and out in thirty minuets. In another instance, my car had a flat tire that I changed on the highway, called Jeff and let him know my situation. He said to bring it in and he'd have the tires done by morning. Couldn't be more happy about the service that they provided me.

I absolutely love this place! I've gotten some pretty crappy Cars from other buy here pay here places that just want my money but this place by far is the best! Jeff is always willing to help you out! He is very knowledgeable and won't keep secrets from you. Great place to get a car! I recommend anyone who is looking for a good quality car and great staff to work with to come here.
