ZERO STARS. This man was an absolute nightmare. It took him TWO MONTHS to complete 16 hours worth of labor on my car. He had one excuse after another, he was sent wrong parts, etc. He found additional damage to my car and was told by insurance company to fax them a supplement so he could be paid. After twice delaying when he said he would have my car done, he told me it would be done Monday. As of Friday afternoon, he still had not faxed the supplements so he could be paid and refused to release my car to me, even though I had signed a direction of payment so he could receive the check directly. Also, while holding my car hostage, he informed me in front of a police officer, who I called while attempting to retrieve my car, that he would charge me 50 dollars a day to leave my car sit there, even though he was the a$$ who would not release it. I would not advise my worst enemy to take their car here.
