This is probably the worst customer service that I’ve ever had to deal with. If you need medical supplies in a timely manor or at all you would be better off ordering from somewhere else. I talk to same person every day to get my supplies. Everyday I get same story about my supplies for my cpap and was also told that they checked my insurance and would not cover a new machine. So I called insurance , they got in contact with Choice and they said they didn’t have a prescription for it. So when I asked her about it and told her my insurance would cover it she said well I thought they wouldn’t. On my 6th day without supplies or machine so getting. By looking at the comments I guess this is how they treat all of their customers.

I experienced The worst Customer Care Service. This lady was Rude, Non-Caring, person. She had Satan Earrings, Tattoos, Unprofessional Look, And Care for me. The Pharmacy is Outstanding. The Health Care Service is HORRIBLE. I was telling all my friends, and they said they RUTHLESS PEOPLE working In that department.

Their team is always so kind and courteous. Everyone here cares about the customers. It’s the 21st century we shouldn’t be judging based on appearances. Great fun for everyone that works here

My C-pap machine order was sent to them 1st week of April. Here we are a mth later and I had to reach out to them. They hadn't even started the almost 1 mth process or even attempted to call me. This is my first time dealing with them and will be my last. I'm sending my order elsewhere. I also work at a Doctors office and this is totally unexceptable. I will not recommend them. I wish I could pick zero stars.

Refused to submit claim to my insurance company because she knew it would not be covered. It is covered. I am now filing the claim myself. This is this third time they screwed up. That’s it. No more! and rude!

Very disrespectful staff doesn't follow instructions and they could care less about if your order is processed correctly or your time wasted. They do everything half fast and then ignore you. I do Not recommend

Amazing customer service. I didn’t have enough to purchase what I needed and unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but she made sure I left with what I needed for my daughter. I truly appreciate her generosity.

Agree with previous posts -- the customer service is horrible. Little effort was made to help me find a solution. Unfriendly and uncaring. On top of that, this is a medical care store and absolutely NONE of the staff were wearing masks. PLEASE respect the fact that people coming into your facility are taking care of loved ones with health issues.
